My partner and I were interested in a rental advertised online. We text, called and emailed the person in charge of the property but heard nothing back. After a few days we decided to go into the office to enquire about the property, and we were told that property was no longer available; that’s okay but to not reply to our messages to tell us that was a bit average. Whilst we were in the office we were treated very dismissively and frankly quite rudely. We were treated as if we were an inconvenience and we both left feeling belittled. They were not interested in helping us at all. I guess if you are only renting they can’t be bothered with you. Two weeks later that property is still advertised on their website as available, so I’m not sure if they flat out lied to us or what.

We are currently sitting in our rental property for the 2nd day without hot water because our real estate feels that they need to put aside the fact that this is an emergency and get a second quote for a new hot water system. We have 2 children that are 3 and 8, so looks like there not having a bath for a while. Absolutely hopeless when it comes to needing them to actually do anything. Will never rent through them again in future.

Not Impressed with coming home and there is a business card in my door half hanging out. I have a letter box and you could of put it in there. But to have it half hanging out for anyone walking past to see that I’m not home is a stupid idea.

Poorly run ,no communication after submitting a rental application and ringing 3 times I was told the house I was applying for was gone and that everyone had been notified, clearly not as I was still ringing to find out what was happening
