Terribly unprofessional firm. I had an appointment with an attorney at 9AM on a Fri morning after someone close to me recommended Louise Tonkin inc. I had explained that it involves an illegal eviction and is urgent. Sue called me at 8h30 to cancel the appointment stating the attorney had to rush off to court. I asked her to get back to me about a later appointment as it is urgent; she said she will see what she can do. No response to date; decided to go with a more professional firm.
