When you walk into the newly renovated La Bello, you're greeted with a combination of flickering LED imitation gaslights attached to imitation marble pillars. You order at the counter at La Bello. The lady asked what my table number was, so I went back to the table number to check. I couldn't find the number anywhere and went back empty handed. The lady then told me that I didn't in fact have a table number yet, and then assigned me one. It was the first time eating at La Bello. Mostly I've had takeaway. The food is pleasant, but most likely gets more kudos than it deserves due to a lack of competition in the area. Though if you have the time, up at Lawson there's Napoli Corner which will treat you to a gourmet pizza from a wood fired oven. After paying $131 for a meal, I asked for some wine glasses. Each glass cost $3 which I then had to process in another transaction which totalled $12. After investigating the cost of wholesale wine glasses, I found similar glasses to be available at about the same price they leased them to us for. In restaurants, a corkage fee acknowledges the service involved in opening, decanting, and serving BYO wine. At La Bello, they provide precisely zero of these services, which is why such a large fee for glass usage took me by surprise. As of today, I couldn't find this fee on any of their social sites and the 'labellopizzeria.com.au' URL link is broken. $3 glass hire.

Always polite and welcoming, the regular staff will remember you and your order, very nice people. The pizza is the best I've had in sydney and I've eaten quite a bit of pizza in my time. I've actually moved out of the area, I still find myself in there ever week even if I have to travel. If you don't mind spice, grab the terni it's beautiful. If you are not in the mood for pizza, the garlic risotto and the lasagna are marvelous! If you are dining in, get the garlic pizza, you'll not regret it.

Take my kids here regularly, they have plastic cups for them to avoid unnecessary embarrassment, nice touch for me cause one of mine is a magnet for knocking over cups.

There is a small lip going into the restaurant, nothing major and should beable to just back over it. Plenty of outdoor seating with heaters and cover if that's easier too.

Been buying pizza here for about 5 years and generally it’s been fine. Got home with my 2 pizzas and when I picked up a piece of my one I noticed the base was really soggy and saturated in oil. My wife’s wasn’t as bad, but borderline. The oil had seeped through the underside of the box (onto my car seat) by the time I got back to the store. I handed the boxes back to the reception staff and said I’d like 2 replacements. They passed them back to who I presume is the owner, who calls at me from across the shop, demanding “where is the oil, show me the oil!!”. He proceeded to argue aggressively and loudly, trying to belittle me and saying it was normal for pizzas to look like this. After I stood my ground, he started shouting over the top of me and at one point actually swore at me, saying he didn’t need fk’n customers like me. One of, if not the, worst customer service experiences I have had. I will not be going back, that’s for sure!

The food was, and always has been exceptional. The restaurant has recently been renovated and looks fantastic. The restaurant capacity has at least doubled if not tripled. One change is you now have to go up to the counter and order your meal if you are dining in. This is problematic because of the number of people ordering, collecting or paying for takeaway added to the number of people dining in ordering and paying for their meals. The same people at the counter dealing with orders and payments were also answering the phones and doing takeaway orders. It was Friday night and both takeaway and dining in was booming. Total bedlam at the counter. Phone orders, takeaway and table service would be better off having dedicated staff and remove the chaos at the counter.

We ordered a bbq meat lovers and a bbq chicken and they were both honestly the tastiest we’ve ever had. Generous amount of topping and so tasty. We also ordered a bolognese for my youngest which is all he ever orders and is very particular about and he loved this. My family and I had food here today for the first time and I just had to leave a review to rave about how delicious it was! My husband actually did a gas delivery to the shop tonight and made a last minute order which was prepared for us beautifully, it was so hot and fresh which made the drive home hard to handle as we wanted to dive into the box straight away! Will definitely be ordering here again! Highly recommend

Finally reopened. It's one of our favourite local eats. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Renovations are fantastic. The atmosphere was great. Menus were great happy to see our favs were still available. Would like to see coffee introduced and was surprised that there is now no table service. You go to the counter and order. This actually took some of the shine off. But we love the food here.

Anytime I've ordered from La Bello, the pizza has always been fresh and delicious. Not to mention the garlic bread *chef's kiss* . Delivery is usually quick, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food (also depends on how many pizzas you're purchasing, size etc). Overall, a great place to get some quality pizza. (I'd recommend the Como and Garlic prawn pizzas; they're really nice ).

I normally buy from Napoli pizza in Springwood, but decided to try something new and regretted it. We ordered 3 types, all pizzas were stone cold and plain, the base was extremely chewy, and tasted like they just bulk buy and use frozen bases. A refrigerated pizza from the local IGA would have been better.

I’m sorry, but been ordering here for about ten years and always loved their pizzas. Always tipped 15-20%. However, last week ordered usual and was substantially more expensive. $70 for two pizzas picked up!! And they did not taste their usual exotic taste. Hard to substantiate going back at that price.

When the girl delivering your pizza says "sorry we're late" and the pizza is damn near stone cold. You know she wasnt lying. Pizza is not the worst ive had, but if you order delivery just put your oven on 180° and pre-empt a 20 min delay so you can recook on arrival. #Convenient

Great Pizza, great ribs. The pizza toppings are generous and well distributed and the bases are the perfect thickness. The ribs are delicious and a firm favourite for the the carnivores in our house. Ordering is easy and online ordering is available on menu log which is a plus too. The delivery staff are always extremely friendly too.

Wow everything about this place was on point tonight. Delicious gluten free pizza and the most amazing salad. Gorgeous setting and wonderful atmosphere! Loved it!

I order from this place a few times a week. Today I got a chicken Caesar salad and I misread the ingredients. But the chef sent me out a new salad anyway even though it was my fault. This place is amazing, friendly and have the best pizzas in the blue mountains hands down. Highly recommend

Very enjoyable regular stop for us. Recent renovations have given a fresh new look but the food remains just as good. Right on the highway with plenty of parking it is not to be missed. Their pizzas are fabulous and their Italian dishes worth travelling for. We'll be back again for sure.

We always get pizza delivered and love it. Tonight we decided to eat in and were pleasantly surprised that they have a lot more to offer. We had the lamb risotto and Tiger prawn gnocchi which were both absolutely delicious. A great local restaurant with very friendly staff.
