Relaxed, Serene, Safe, Home away from Home This time we stayed at the Cottage by Reception. Its quiet, relaxing and safe. some view of the mountain and garden. private pool. staff are amazing - helpful. Property is very well maintained, manicured gardens, cleaned on the inside. PS: there is no cleaning service during ur stay unless it’s requested and I think its an additional costs. Cottage have its own wash machine and dryer as well as dishwasher. Guards on duty 24/7 plus there is armed response monitoring the area. alarm system that works. We stay at La Felicita every Dec and if we do visit in the year we sneak in a visit or so. We love this establishment. We were fortunate few years back when new owners just took over the manager gave us a tour of All the properties and each unit is unique, warm and cosy. We’ve stayed on the 3 properties (different units each time, so far each unit is amazing. All the properties have wash machine, dryer and dishwasher (some of the properties these appliances are either laundry room or its in the unit). Note if u stay in a unit with an indoor fire place its just there and not to be used for the safety of the property from catching alight and burning down. The units with fire places some have wood floors as u can imagine a spark can easily set the place on fire. We didn’t walk out of the property at night but it’s certainly all seems safe inside the property. Just some remarks made by other reviewers we didn’t experience any displeasure considering we regularly return to this establishment.

I frequently visit the establishment. Was very disappointed this time round. The standard has declined. Acacia has an en suite bathroom in the main bedroom. Ok if you of 4 individuals of the same gender or have 2 small children. Acacia is not as fully equipped with crockery as the rest of the individual chalets. No sun umbrella. When I asked for 1 the excuse was that the wind broke same and was at repairs. Not the customers problem. Person on duty over the long weekend not very helpful. Security is in charge and very friendly. No effort was made by the staff member on duty to attend to grievances. I was conversing with a person with no name on what's app. Not sure of gender and how the person would like to be addressed. 1st poor customer service rule. Introduce yourself to your client. To date I stayed in 5 different apartments/chalets at LA Felicita. My go to place to relax after a hectic few weeks at work. Clearly not anymore! Most disappointing weekend to say the least. I am aware that previous very competent office staff members have left.

Beautiful place to visit for its location. The room and bathroom amenities could be improved. A lady needs a vanity pack and shower cap for sure and bathrooms need to be cleaned much better. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of showers. A little bit more attention to detail is needed for guests requirements. A smelly bidet made the whole bathroom smell bad and mould in showers need more attention. Also in the Red house, the balconies need some furniture, so one could sit and relax on the balcony instead of standing. A kettle with some tea and coffee in the rooms and a hairdryer would also be great to add. Other than that, loved the outdoor areas and the setting. Location is perfect and pool areas are awesome.

Stayed here for a full week and goodness! Was the hospitality so good, they were the sweetest and most kind. Making my family feel part of theirs. Each villa comes with its own pools, you get air-conditioning and safes. It is fully enclosed. On arrival there is complimentary gifts like chocolates and soaps. You are constantly checked up upon and there is animals and plenty to do all around, they even have an opposite side for kids to play making it very family friendly. I have never experienced a better vacation. They have WiFi and are not stingy with it. Security makes the upmost effort to ensure everything is going good and locked up correctly. The prices correlates with the service you receive.

Racist establishment, extreme racial profiling . Do not go If you black. They will make it hard for you to check in , the woman owning the the place is racist , They charge R2000 after booking for possible damage fees , and extra fees not established before booking

Amazing view from Mansion. Beautiful peacocks roaming the property. We stayed in the cottage. Beds are soft and comfortable. There's a pool a few steps away from the cottage. My 2 year old could play on the first step. Cottage was equipped with everything we needed.

After a disappointing experience, I am pleased to inform you that this establishment invited me back for a complimentary weekend! Second time round I was very pleased! Decor great and fitted with everything you need. I would recommend The Cottage!

Beautiful rooms, with all the amenities. Great views and incredible people. My room keys fell out of my pocket and at 3h00 in the morning, the gate guard was so helpful and friendly, getting me back into the cottage. Absolutely worth staying at

Lovely place!!! Stayed here with my boyfriend... it was a lovely getaway and break from reality. The decor is amazing and the hospitality is superb. Definitely going back should we need another shot left to just rewind

Attended a wedding ceremony here and the venue was lovely. Great surroundings and an awesome view if Cape Town. Won't be my last time visiting La Felicita.

We slept here for 2 nights and received an upgrade. The staff was very friendly, everything is clean and the views are breathtaking! Thanks for everything
