ONE WORD- RIDICULOUS!!! Pathetic quality, worst customer service and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn't listen to the customer at all. She infact started arguing. Don't waste money on it! Below standards quality, inferior service and no exchange or returns. MESSAGE TO THE OWNER - HOPE YOUR BUSINESS SHUTS SOON.

Inferior quality, no exchange or returns policy, it's a fake website and Instagram. They don't even deliver the items. When had a word with the owner, she started shouting and yelling. And denied return or exchange on faulty item. Better companies exist, better brands exist. They are not even worth a try. They don't reply to emails.

I ordered an ethnic set last month and was bit worried as I saw a lot of negative reviews on products and service. But in my case the product which I received was exactly same as shown on website. It was delivered within 15 days as mentioned on their website. I would like to shop more in future with laglits.

Terrible experience to shop with them. Exchange process is unnecessarily complicated, evidently to discourage one from opting for it. After agreeing to all their terms of exchange (added at different stages), they stop responding. Processes are not streamlined at all. Do not recommend.
