Wartched Misterofo(nic) and it was fantastic. Funny, creative, with a comic twist to the plot. The theater itself is small but cozy and quite intimate. they usually do a raffle at the beginning of the play which adds to the adventure. They also sell drinks that you can take inside to watch the play. A really good experience. Recommended!

This year's Homophonic Concert was definitely a highlight of the Midsumma Festival. Presenting a program of all new music with world and Australian premieres, this super talented ensemble of singers and instrumentalists delighted the crowd. Thanks to all involved.

We went to La Mama in Faraday St, but then realise that the show was at the Courthouse in Drummond St. Passers- by could not help us find it - no one knew where it was. By the time we found the Courthouse we were locked out. No phone calls were answrred

We saw the production of Jane Eyre. Really great space that seats about 50. Wonderful lighting and acoustics. Short walk to a bunch of restaurants and pubs nearby

La mama is a special part of the Melbourne theatre scene, it supports small independent companies and artists. Always something interesting on here, love it!

Our company renovated La Mama Courthouse to what it is today. It is beautiful and the organisers in charge of the facilities are lovely people.

Cute, hipster, rustic venue. Friendly and easy going. Good selection of drinks,cute little theatre space. We saw Thigh Gap and it was fab!!!!
