"management is always being changed Boa vida is the management right now everyone pays more than $500 and it rises every couple of months the lady in charge of the RV park and Mobile home Park is rude to the residents even though they are paying residents you can hardly ever use the pool they will never fix a thing water is constantly being shut off without a notice look elsewhere if you want to live in peace"
"Low income families live here, yet they go up annually on lot rent, and still only do the repairs that keep code compliance from giving them fines, it's dark at night, its filled with methheads 24/7"

There's trash everywhere and no one picks it up. Maintenance men say corporate won't pay for equipment to do repairs.
