I got a haircut and beard done here, the dude who did my hair was hopeless, he used the hair brush really hard on my scalp definitely not a pleasant experience I had to tell him to go easy on a scalp couple of times, haircut was a disaster I had grown my hair for 5 months to style it but this moron ruined it. The ratings Don't match their service.Felt like I was in a local barber shop. Also he left blade marks on my face while doing my beard and it hurts. Look at the pictures and then decide for yourself. These salons start off with 5star rating on the service quality and cleanliness, over time they take their costumers for granted. Maybe it was an above 4star rated salon then but it’s hopeless and dirty rn. Choose any local barber shop on the street over this. Cheers!

I visited the Ecity salon to get my hair coloured. I specifically told I need 4.6 shade from Schwarzkopf and the guy told me it wouldn’t cover my Greys. So he told me he would apply a darker share to the roots and color the lengths with the brown shade that I asked for. Instead he coloured my full hair with her black color and I know for sure he did not use Schwarzkopf product. He would have used matrix coz my hair becomes rough when I used matrix. Hence I always go for Schwarzkopf. Terrible experience and waste of money. Entire franchise is over rated. The prices are same in good salons. Never gonna visit them again.

One of the worse service I've ever experienced in my whole life we did a hair straightening and keratin treatment and they should come on Sunday and when when I called called them he says slots are booked as it's a big salon and the this person was talking it's really bad and kept telling me that it's our mistake as if it's a school and he is the principal I would all to not go this perimeter because this reviews what you it's all fake just grab customers attention they made there own reviews they spoiled complete hair as well and I don't anyone experienced what I've experienced with perimeter please don't go There

They gave suggestions and were honest about how few of the hair colours i mentioned would fade away. They also took extra care by doing a strip test just to see if the colour is coming according to what I want. During the waiting period for strip test, they sent me to get the manicure done. Time was utilised brilliantly. The strip test had favourable results. So we went ahead with the same and they did a brilliant job!

Staff named Divya from Electronic City branch, was rude and misbehaved, when I kept informing that the wash was really hot and she was least bothered On top of that she kept mocking me in Nepali without knowing I understand the language, it was preposterous I have not seen such arrogant staff in Perimeter in so many years, not in J P Nagar, Vijaya Bank Colony or in Ecity till date

I'm a regular customer of Perimeter since past 5 years. I must say this is the best, professional salon I have even been. The E-city branch which was opened recently, has awesome staff and receptionist. They are very skilled at their job. I must mention Aasha who does waxing and pedicure, manicure (skin related stuff). The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Suben done Oil Hair Spa it was so relaxing & properly done. Selima done Pedicure, she was very kind and neatly done. Everyone here are so professional and work is done perfectly.

They don't know how to behave with the Customer, also male staff keep on knocking between to have a discussion with or something with the staff who is already performing services, worst owner even seen names Raju, never go here. Staff already serving me was called to perform service on someone else too. Worst experience overall.

Hair spa was awesome but I was not very happy with the detan manicure and pedicure....the nails filing was not proper...the brushing/cleaning/scrubbing was not proper...I could feel the cracks after I reach home (my heels were in better condition before the pedicure and didn't see much happening pist the oedicure)...

I took their 1999 skin and hair package, its the best in the price. Fair cut and hair spa was very good, staff had knowledge. Manny peddy was good too, would recommend not getting nailpainted because it will chip off very quickly and is of a bad quality. Waxing and threading done very well.

Please check if the products used on your face and hair are expired or not. They used expired product on my face. I never checked it but somehow once I checked and it was expired.
