I appreciate having this trolley, but the operators have really started to take their sweet time turning around at the end of the line. The arrival time estimates at the stations might as well just be a random number. I've stood at the station for 20 minutes on a few occasions and ultimately just ended up calling an Uber. The time sign will say "Arriving in 1 minute" for 5 minutes. Besides this though, and the absurdly loud bell that you can hear from 20 stories up ALL day long, its a nice public resource. About that bell... The trolley follows all the same rules as cars, and cars don't ding incessantly. Just a thought.

Unreliable. The wait times on the signs mean nothing. Countless times now, I've watched the wait times pause at "1 minute" for 3 minutes, then just reset to "6 minutes" or higher. It comes when it comes. Going north if I can't see the streetcar up Westlake from Westlake and 7th, I just walk the mile or so to Lake Union Park, because I've learned I can beat the streetcar every time.
