Today I had a scheduled check up for my golden doodle, Ollie. We were recommended to visit this hospital by our family vet due to some minor signs of arthritis in Ollie's hind leg. He has been on glucosamine for the last 2 weeks based on our vet's orders and has not shown any more signs of issues with the hind leg - no more limping when getting up, etc. - we figured it couldn't hurt to still get him checked out professionally by an orthopedic specialist. I was greeted and escorted into a room shortly after arriving. After a quick discussion with the assistant on Ollie's medical history and a run down of the appointment, I was left alone to wait for the arrival of the surgeon. They take your pet to the back room where they inspect the dog walking and feel the joints for slipping, etc. After the return of the surgeon, she started giving me the breakdown of her findings. All joints were in good order and the back leg in question had extremely minor sliding (the surgeon said she might have not even noticed anything at all - just that he was a little more sensitive during the inspection of this leg). The appointment then went into a full fledge discussion on invasive surgery to help with the potentially damaged ligament. Cutting of the bone, adding a bone plate, etc. The whiteboard was out to draw and help me understand what could be going on with his bones and tissues. I asked why we would jump to something so invasive with no real findings from external inspections. We then discussed how X-Ray's can be done, not to see the ligaments, but to give a good idea of what's going on prior to surgery. They said you could do the x-rays at your local vet, however, you would still need to get it done with them as they put your dog under anesthesia to hold the leg in certain positions that otherwise couldn't be done. After the debrief of the surgery was complete, I shared that we would be continuing with the glucosamine and would continue to monitor the leg to see if anything further needed to be done. The doctor then agreed with my plan for Ollie and quickly left. As soon as it was clear that we would not be spending any more dollars at this clinic, the surgeon left quickly. I was told to hang tight while the assistant prepared the $875 proposal for x-rays under anesthesia and then the $ 6,895.48 quotation for invasive surgery on a dog who they did not even identify a true issue after a professional orthopedic exam. There are certain vets who care for your animals and want the best for them. There are other vets who want the money out of your account and don't care about your animals well being. This was clear which one Lakeshore Animal Health Partners was after my short visit today. You robbed me out of $255.10 today and tried to justify an $8000 spend by trying to instill fear. I am not saying that Ollie will not require this surgery in the future, but he certainly doesn't need $900 in X-rays and a $7000 surgery today from your professional opinion in which you admitted was possibly something that you were unable to even detect. Thank you for your time today.

Absolute best experience I've had with any vet clinic. We have a fear reactive, stranger reactive 15 month old puppy. The vet tech, receptionist and vet were all amazing. They knew about dog body language and how to not appear threatening as to trigger a dog to react. They were totally comfortable with her even knowing she was reactive; they were calm, very friendly, and handled the situation amazingly well. They avoided eye contact, didn't try to touch her without permission, the vet tech turned her head away when my pup did finally start to bark about 7 minutes into being in the clinic (great for de-escalating a reactive dog) and didn't react to her barking in any negative way. My puppy ended up not reacting negatively to the vet at all, which is extremely unexpected. She even came up for pets. The vet gave her two pets and soon as she saw my pup get a little uncomfortable, she stopped. I was so hesitant bringing my pup in because of her reactivity but the experience went beyond anything I could have hoped for. She had developed the behaviour of barking and lunging at strangers after a traumatic experience when she was 8 months old, and at its worst, she almost looked like Cujo, but we worked so hard for so long with her and she made tremendous progress to where she rarely ever reacted unless in very close proximity to a stranger, so this visit had me dreading the regression to her reactivity progress. The vet tech and vet decided to avoid muzzling or e-collaring her right off the bat, and instead see how she did without it so they could avoid creating any negative associations. If necessary, they'd put it on but were trying to avoid it. They also asked me if I'd be able to administer the calming meds alone and left the room so she wouldn't associate that discomfort with them, which I really appreciated. My puppy vomited twice in the room we were in and they made it no big deal and actually apologized to me for having to be in the room with the vomit. (Like, what!? Lol.) They were absolutely incredible and the receptionist worked with me on figuring out the insurance process as it was my first time. She was super patient when I had to ask for clarification a few times due to not having slept for 48 hours. My brain wasn't all there and they helped alleviate the anxiety and disassociation I was experiencing. The vet was patient, didn't rush anything, answered all my questions and the vet tech and her both handled my own little blunder with so much grace. Honestly the best experience with animal health professionals I've ever had and I tend to go the holistic route before conventional med (except in cases of emergency like this, but even including our holistic vet experiences, this one by far takes the win. Thank you guys so much for being so incredible. My puppy and I thank you.

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT. I was there so long I heard the receptionist have countless phone calls saying 6 to 8 hour waits. However my final total was over 12 hours. I do not drive and the animal hospital near me was full. So I didnt have the option of ubering back and forth. At hour 5 i was told my cat had not even been seen by the doctor yet. In triage I was told she would be on IV but 10 hours later I realized she never even received that. Just admitted and stuck in a cage and ignored. I witnessed countless people admit and discharge. I was discharged at 1115 pm. The morning doctor didnt even bother with my cat at all. I waited til the night staff came in. I may as well have just stayed at home all day with my sick cat because it was the same as bringing her in at night. I was told countless times that other animals were critical but no one even looked at my cat to see if she was even in pain because she never even received an IV. Yet she was dehydrated and hungry. That is the LEAST they could have done. Unimpressed. I had ONE update the entire time. I arrived at 11. I received an update at 550 basically telling me theres no end in sight. No small discounts or compensations given for this ridiculous amount time and stress. In the end the plan was a plan I suggested. If the morning doctor just listened to my history to begin with... I would not have stressed out my animal for an entire day for no reason. My cat has gone through this before . I knew what would help her but I was considered uncritical. Sorry, but an animal suffering from no help for 12 hours is just as critical as an animal immediately deemed critical and on pain meds stat. She didn't sit in a waiting room for 12 hours.. but worse.. she sat in a cage for 12 hours with no one thinking she mattered. So much so that when she was triaged at 1145, I apologized for her behind being smelly from diarrhea, and I didn't have time to clean her because I was rushing here. The nurse said it was ok, they would wash her but when I saw her at 9pm she still had the same dirty behind as the morning. They let her sit like that all day. The staff loved to point out that it is run like a hospital for people, but the fact of the matter is, it is a business, and we are paying for a service. Unlike a real hospital. We are customers and our pets are the patients. And that service was not given. Just a huge bill. It is just bad customer service. The reception staff if amazing and kind and helpful.. the girl at night especially. She offered to at least get my girl out of the cage waiting and into a room with me to wait.... but overall... not a good experience. So not good, that this is my first google review in 37 years of life.

My little Gus is my chihuahua and is my world. My regular vet ran a bunch of tests and X-rays etc, and unfortunately couldn’t find out what was wrong with him, but we knew there was something. They referred me to Lakeshore Animal Partners, and from the initial phone call I felt like I was in the right hands. I got an appointment fast, because they knew Gus was in serious pain and we needed to find a way to make him better and make him happy again. They think it was something neurological, so I had to see a neurologist which sounded so scary to me. Oh course though I went. I went I and was greeted quick and brought to the back by the wonderful nurse Michelle. Michelle was wonderful and helped go over everything and listen to all my concerns and questions. She then relayed everything I had said back to the neurologist, Dr Steph. Dr Steph came in promptly after me speaking with Michelle. Dr Steph went over everything, all the hypotheticals with me, did a thorough exam on Gus and really helped go over the options and what our next step in the plan of determining what is wrong and how we can make it better. Dr Steph watched my videos with me, drew me diagrams and really made me at ease that my sweet little Gussy was in the right hands. We opted for a ct scan to see if that could help us determine any answers. It didn’t give us a clear cut answer, but I’m now looking at it as a good thing. Dr Steph then helped me think of a plan to try and avoid a super invasive and costly surgery, to monitor him and see if we could help him feel better without the surgery. If seems to be working, so my fingers are still crossed. But I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Dr Steph, she is amazing (and play has the best name, because we have the same one!) and truly cares. She spent alot of time with me making sure not only Gus was okay, but I was too. She is very knowledgeable and an expert in her field. For a Neurosurgeon to be so hands on and helping me understand everything she potentially would be doing, and how she would do it - really helped ease my mind because she walked me through each step to help my little Gus. Thank you so much Dr Steph for making my experience the best and helping our our wonderful fur friends!!! It means more than you know!!! ❤️❤️ If your dog is experiencing anything out of the normal, I highly recommend reaching out to Lakeshore Animal Health Partners. They are equipped with everything you could possibly need and are very helpful, experienced and really explain everything to you. Thank you!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I made the mistake of not checking the online reviews before bringing my dog to this pet hospital, and now I understand why it has such a low rating of 3.8. Now compare that to all the other hospitals with ratings over 4.5 and there is a reason why. My first concern arose when I received the overpriced estimation for my dog's oral surgery. The cost seemed unreasonable to me. I approached the doctor with my worries, hoping for some understanding and guidance. However, to my dismay, the doctor showed no empathy whatsoever. Instead of addressing my concerns, she immediately took offense when I mentioned that I need help justifying the prices. She accused me of insulting her services and specialty, adopting an aggressive tone. She even threatened to refuse the surgery unless I agreed to have all three teeth operated on, disregarding any alternative options or reasoning. If the doctor had taken a different approach, explaining the importance of the procedure and discussing the potential outcomes of not having it done, acknowledging my worries, maybe my anxiety about the surgery might have been alleviated. Sadly, the doctor and the technician were rude, aggressive, blunt, and forceful throughout the entire interaction causing me to walk out with disbelief of the conversation that I just had... Based on my experience, I strongly advise against going to this pet hospital. The negative reviews left by others are a clear reflection of their LOW-QUALITY service. They do not care about the pets, their customers, only their egos and profession. It is a money grab. The delivery of communication was completely wrong, and the exorbitant price I had to pay was way too high for the level of care and professionalism they provided. Save yourself the trouble and seek a different pet hospital that values their customers, our beloved pets and offers quality care for a reasonable price. And just to clarify - Price is not the issue here - Quality is.

On Nov 21st we brought our boy Leo in hopes of medical help and on Nov 22nd we received the worst call, the worst nightmare call any pet owner regrets of Leo’s passing!! My boy a shih tzu male of a 3 years and 8 months was pronounced dead with absolutely nothing confirmed of what caused his death! He was sedated for a head MRI which I think it all went well then was medicated WRONGLY right after he had woke up from his sedation with seizure medication having the staff “thinking” that he was having a seizure! From this point it all went downhill! I kept receiving calls after calls of bad news after bad news until I received the absolute worst call of my life telling me that Leo passed away! When we went to say our final goodbye which was not even an hour from his passing, none of the doctors came to comfort us, none of them even bothered showing us their faces. All the receptionist cared about was the “after care” where she wanted us to make a decision etc etc!! After receiving Leo’s invoices “totalling probably around 10k” on one of the invoices it stated that my boy Leo was EUTHANIZED!! I lost it I LOST IT and called them immediately where they panicked to find the doctor to only come to the phone to tell me that it was a “mistake” on the invoice…..Like for real! A mistake?? How can such a mistake happens while the pet owners are in a total shock and grieving their boy’s loss you come to tell us that it was a mistake! After almost more than 10 days and after I had asked for one of the doctors to call me with an explanation, finally someone called to give me some sort of loose ends explanation! AGAIN nothing is confirmed! Our heart is shattered into one million pieces for losing leo the way we lost him. I pray to God that Leo didn’t suffer and had passed on his own peacefully! But I also truly believe that Leo was over medicated and misdiagnosed which is truly what caused Leo’s death!

The care and attention that my beloved pup, Princess, received at your facility during a particularly challenging time in our lives was truly exceptional. At nine years old, Princess faced a series of severe and unique health conditions, and finding appropriate and timely care became increasingly critical. Regrettably, my local veterinarian was unable to provide the urgent assistance Princess required. Thankfully, the team at Whitby Vet Hospital recognized the gravity of Princess's situation and promptly referred us to your esteemed establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was immediately reassured by the compassionate and dedicated staff. The professionalism and expertise exhibited by the entire team, from the caring individuals on the floor to the knowledgeable doctors who took the time to thoroughly explain Princess's condition, were nothing short of remarkable. Moreover, the transparent and upfront approach regarding all aspects of Princess's care, including financial matters, was deeply appreciated and alleviated much of the stress inherent in such a challenging situation. It is no exaggeration to say that without the exceptional resources, cutting-edge equipment, and, most importantly, the genuine care and concern for animals that define your establishment, Princess may not have pulled through. The invaluable gift of additional time that you have afforded me with my beloved companion is beyond measure, and for this, I am eternally grateful. Your unwavering commitment to the well-being of animals has left an indelible mark on my heart, and I will not hesitate to return to your facility for any future concerns regarding Princess or any other beloved pet. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you have done for us. Your kindness and expertise have made an immeasurable difference in our lives, and I am forever indebted to your exceptional team.

We had to bring our dog in. (She just wasn't acting right.) We waited a good half-hour, even though no one else was there. Then they told us that they'd have to keep her overnight. The next morning, we called in and were told that we could do surgery for $10,000 with no guarantee that she'd be okay. We ended up making that awful decision that no one wants to make! The front staff appeared to be genuine, and told us to take all of the time that we needed to make arrangements for her "after-care", but didn't hold back in bringing us the debit machine for the $2,700 bill that we needed to take care of! (When I think of those words, I don't think of it after she is dead! I think of getting to bring her home after a short stay or maybe a small surgery!) They didn't hold back on bringing out the debit machine to settle things before we put her down, though!! The next day was a holiday, so we didn't think anything would happen, but by the next day, in the afternoon, she was cremated... We didn't get the pawprint & her bag of ashes was in a generic cedar box, and we didn't get the fur clippings that we were promised. They tried to blame Gateway (the cremation place), but they were the one's who sent the order in for cremation! They didn't let us know that! "Take all the time that you need!" meant 24hrs! The whole thing felt like an inconvenience to the front staff, but the vet/the one that put her down did take her time and didn't rush us to have our last moments with her. I hope to never feel that desperate again, to feel that I need to take them to this place! (Gateway pulled at strings to make us feel better, but it wasn't good enough and also not their fault!)

After my dog, Rupert, began having severe pain in his shoulder, our usual vet referred us to this clinic. Right from the start, they were very friendly and attentive, and booked us an appointment for the following day. We met Dr. Steph Lovell, who ordered some tests and determined he required surgery to fix an issue with his spine. There was never a doubt that we would go ahead with the surgery, but Dr. Steph really put us at ease, and thoroughly explained the procedure, and everything involved. She is one of the most caring vets I've met, and her dedication to the animals is really evident. Rupert was booked in for the next morning. When we brought him the next morning for surgery, the technicians Cody and Sara, were very helpful. They kept him calm and called us with updates. I was thrilled when Dr Steph called with the good news that all went well, and he was resting comfortably. I cant stress how much she cares for the animals she works with, and made sure we knew how to care for him afterward in his recovery. I should mention that we do not have pet insurance, and while it was a fairly costly procedure, it was completed at lower than the initial estimate, and very reasonable. Everything was explained, and very organized, with no surprises. He just had his follow up check today, and all is going well. Rupert was even happy to be back there to say hello to everyone! While I hope to never need their services in future, I would recommend this hospital to anyone. A huge thank you to Dr Steph, Sara, Cody, and the entire staff at the hospital. Please keep up the great work you do!

The Lakeshore Animal Health Partners team is amazing! Earlier this year my kitty Sparkles was exhibiting odd behaviour such as pacing up and down hallways and hiding. She also seemed to be in a lot of pain and I feared so much that I might have to say goodbye to my beloved pet. My own vet correctly suspected it could be neurological and referred me to this “state of the art” new clinic. The neurology team was wonderful and very attentive to my description of her symptoms. Based on these and also their own observations, they immediately suggested an MRI which was done the very same day and I immediately had the answer we’d been searching for! Sparkles had a large benign growth pressing down onto her brain! When I saw the images they didn’t look good and my heart sank, but much to my surprise I was advised that it was operable! She had surgery a week later and after three days I brought her home. After a week or so she was back to her old self. It was like a miracle! I can’t thank neurology Surgeon Steph Lovell and neurology Dr. Andrea Finnen enough for their amazing skills in treating Sparkles. Also kudos to the wonderful team of technicians who cared for her in her post-op recovery days at the clinic. I was kept informed every step of the way. It is so clear that everyone at the clinic so genuinely loves animals. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Now Christmas is here and I will get to spend it once again with my dear Sparkles, something that would never have been possible without the skillful staff at Lakeshore Animal Health Partners…thank you all so much!

We were very pleased with the emergency service provided for our 15 year old cat Oddie last month. Unfortunately the outcome for him was not what we were hoping for but they treated him and us with such compassion. They diagnosed him with lymphoma & give us the information we needed to make a decision whether to proceed with treatment. When we returned a couple of days later to have him euthanized we were impressed again with the professionalism of all the staff & the thoughtfulness of the entire process. This was a first experience of losing a pet for my 2 sons & we are so thankful that we had the use of your private room to say our final goodbyes. We never felt rushed through the process & we left feeling at peace knowing that he would be treated with the respect & dignity that he deserved as a member of our family. Today in the mail we received a piece of his fur that was tastefully preserved in a small glass bottle. Words cannot express how much this meant to us! It is such a comfort to have that reminder of him. Again, so thoughtful & compassionate. We definitely recommend your services.

My first visit to this clinic with my dog Saije that needed an MRI. I Was very nervous going and expected the worst possible outcome. From the moment we walked in to reception till the end of our appointment I felt a sudden ease to my nervousness. We were greeted wonderfully, and it only got better from there. We were quickly greeted by Cody in neurology and taken to an exam room. He was unbelievably compassionate right from the start. Very detailed and was seemingly happy to hear our entire story. Then we met DR Finnen (neurologist). She was very compassionate and spent a long time explaining things and listening to our concerns. As of yet, we don’t have a full diagnosis, but that can’t be a complaint. This is a tricky situation we are dealing with, but a lot of questions were certainly answered. We are home now and our baby is resting well. We had a few questions when we got home and I emailed them and they were responded to in under an hour. It’s not cheap, but what vet service is? Overall a 10 out of 10 so far.

These people are shameful do not use. I was referred to this hospital by their emergency clinic. My Rottweiler was discovered to have a tumor in it's leg. I referred for a consultation which wasn't even in person it was over zoom which was close to $300 charge. The Dr gave me an estimation to amputate my dogs leg for 8k which is doubled the industry standard . Without even seeing my dog. I canceled any appointments and services with this hospital for the price gouging which other vets and the rescue agency I got my Rottweiler from called shameful and taking advantage of a desperate dog owner. Despite the cancelation I was given a Invoice for canceled services which I'm refusing to pay. Informed them I would pay the consultation but not for the canceled services. I've received several harassing calls and emails demanding I pay for the canceled services. These people are shady and shameful I'm how they conduct their business! I will report to better business bureau!

I cannot say enough good things about the Mississauga clinic and staff. My 15 year old dog was very recently diagnosed with malignant melanoma. The oncologist, Dr. Pinard, was wonderful and took a lot of time carefully explaining everything to me. My dog is very active and I chose to go the route of surgery which was booked very quickly. The surgeon, Dr. Wan, and her team were similarly very kind and informative. The staff were also amazing. My dog is also receiving the melanoma vaccine. He is recovering very well from surgery and is in great spirits. I felt that the level of compassion, knowledge and professionalism was absolutely exceptional. I experienced no long wait times at all. I would highly recommend this clinic without any reservations. His surgery was already complete in the time it would have taken to get my initial consultation with OVC. I hope that I am now able to have my best friend around a lot longer.

  • Twisted Pine Farm

Our little dachshund had to have emergency surgery for a slipped disc. We are not local to the clinic and thus had a long car ride with a little dog who was no longer ambulatory by the time we arrived. We first saw the emergency staff after hours. From the receptionist to the Veterinarian on call and her medical technicians we had a total gold standard experience. It was such a relief to know this clinic has its own neurology department with top notch surgeons and medical staff. Our little girl had surgery in a very timely fashion. We had numerous regular updates as to her condition, pre and post op by the surgeon, Dr. Steph, and by the emergency Veterinarian who initially admitted her. I am so grateful for the very professional way in which we were treated and for the highly honed surgical skill set of the neurologist. Many, many thanks to all for their quick response and skillful attention.

The place is nice, girls at reception desk were welcoming. We had an appointment, and got there way ahead of time, waited patiently to be called but half an hour went by after the set time and no one bothered to say anything (we are running a little late, sorry for the inconvenience .....anything would do). I complained and then waited a bit more and finally someone came to call us. The assistant and the vet were very professional on their approach of our dog's condition, but just very vague, it seems to me money and doing exams ( absurdly overpriced) are much more important then listening to the dog's owner. I do not plan on going back, it could be just me, but I prefer a more humane approach!

What a wonderful place, full of compassionate, caring and knowledgeable staff. My sweet dog was referred to Internal Medicine at Lakeshore Animal Health Partners to investigate something found in his bladder. His journey moved from Internal Medicine to Surgery and now to Oncology but our experience has been nothing but positive. From reception, to animal care attendants, vet techs and vets we have received nothing but wonderful care, compassion and patience as we've gone through this journey with our beloved little furball. Thank you Animal Health Partners for not only the amazing care you give the furry family members, but also the support you give their humans!

The worse vet experience ever! I have been to a few emergency clinics over the years, and this by far the worse. The only positive is that the front staff were friendly. Our vet, however, was the absolute worse. She did not know the pricing of anything, and even said things that were offensive multiple times. During what is was one of the most emotional times for my wife and I, the doctor showed zero empathy. If you have a pet that requires emergency care, please go to a different hospital for your sanity. I'm convinced that the positive reviews are all fake because nobody in their right mind would give this place anything above 1 star.

  • Jen Brennan

Our Frenchie needed surgery to repair a herniated disc (IVDD) and was treated by the neurology department. We received exceptional care, knowledge sharing, and attention from everyone at the clinic. Dr. Lovell is unparalleled in her skill and knowledge (and she called us with updates every day, including weekends, while our boy was in hospital), and all of the RVTs and support staff showed us nothing but care and compassion. We drove 3hrs to receive the consultation and have the surgery completed, and even though we hope to never need to come back, we will without question.

  • Jessica Derventzis

Outstanding support from every member of the staff from reception to doctors and everyone in between. We felt welcome and supported the entire time and trusted our cat Katie there for three nights while everyone worked tirelessly to figure out what was happening with her. Excellent communication from doctors throughout the day (twice a day like clockwork). Even when they didn’t have an answer, there was a plan in place to make both Katie and us feel good. I (respectfully) hope I don’t have to come back here, but know that if I do my animals will be in good hands.

  • SJC (StuC)

It seems like the facility is more interested in your money than your pet. Lots of very expensive testing offered to us for our 12 year old Beagle. When we decided not to proceed they really gave us a guilt trip with multiple phone calls. A 2nd opinion from our trusted long term vet confirmed nothing could be done, our vet also reviewed the testing and was confused why such extensive tests were performed when the issue was obvious. 2 Days after Lakeshore Animal Hospital offered a $3500 cancer test and treatment plan our dog passed away.

  • eva k

amazing doctor, who (unlike every other emergency hospital we went to) actually explained the issue and concerns and logic behind them. very caring staff and good environment, GREAT pricing, they didnt overcharge us for painkillers (example, we paid 30 something for 10 pills in cambridge, and here it was 1.46 or something like that for the same meds). really helpful and actually helped us find an issue that 2 other vets barely tried fo and said not to worry about. this is the place to go if you have concerns about your pets.

  • Laura Aguilera

My cat salem was here recently due to constant diarrhea and anorexia. She was severally dehydrated and lethargic and we honestly believed she wasnt going to make it. Lakeshore health partners was extremely compassionate and got her in Immediately. They gave her fluids, checked her quickly, ran tests in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to them and there kindness and quickness she is healthy, happy, and feeling amazing! Thank you guys for saving my baby! Salem is forever grateful.

  • Gabrielle Groh

I would highly recommend going to Lakeshore Animal Heath for your pets care!! Dr. Thompson and the staff treated my dog Lola as if she was their own. Lola felt so comfortable with the staff and medical information was explained to us thoroughly and in terms we could understand. I felt they went above and beyond for our pet and I greatly appreciate the Lakeshore Animal Health Partners for everything they do for animals.

  • nicolas iguzquiza

Their service is impecable, they gave Moscow the best attention and love. He was there a full night and their team sent us pictures regularly. They also gave us updates on him every time we called (too many) you can feel the love this team has for animals and that they fully understand how we feel when we bring our furry friends in. Great team. Thank you!

  • Jay G

Had to take the dog in for poisoning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They looked after the dog, and the vet came out three times to give me an update on how he was doing. Very nice facility. Good parking. Wasn’t busy (first day open). Needs some grass for the dogs to do their business. Thank you!

  • Donna St Hilaire

We cannot say enough about how wonderful the team was to our dog, and us during a very difficult time with his health. There was constant communication, providing regular updates and support during the time he spent there. Thank you we are so glad that this hospital was recommended to us.

  • Kassandra Dicosola

My cat Pierre received exceptional care, coupled with the availability of multiple on-site specialists offering expert advice, truly sets this clinic apart. Unfortunately Pierre passed away, but we are so grateful for the staffs dedication and expertise ❤️

  • Olga Pavlova

The staff is great in this clinic! BUT Wait time is terrible. We came at 2 pm, and left at 11 pm, 9 hours spent to do consultation, x-ray and blood test. Don’t plan anything for your day if you are bringing your animal here.

  • Max Zavernutiy

The clinic is nice with kind and helpful staff, but wait time is really big. We’ve been here for 9 hours for our cat to get an X-ray and bloodwork. And we waited an hour to get him back after everything was done

  • Edison Y
