If you want to be treated poorly for no reason, go right ahead. I needed to get a key cut. As the key is a bit particular, I asked the guy he could do it. Then he went ahead and cut the key without listening/answering my question. I asked him it would work again as the key he cut seemed not probably cut. Then he raised his voice and told me I should have told him prior. After that he gave me a hand gesture to rush out of the store. I would avoid this place all time especially if you are looking to cut a key or a fob (he can’t even cut a key. Let alone copying fobs) If you are looking to cut keys or fobs, there is another key cutting place right next by. Much better service and my keys worked.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Bought $50 dollars worth of scratch tickets here. Came back to claim a small prize only to have clerk refuse to payout the winnings. Was called an ahole and rapid fbombs fired at me. Called me a liar saying I bought tickets elsewhere and “banned” me from store when I protested he must pay out…all for $47 of winnings. Who runs a business like this?? He sells Ontario lotto but you won’t be able to claim any prize there….Avoid!!!

Rarely write reviews but I am so disappointed. I generally tried to come here to buy things to support a small business and not Shoppers. But the person at the front was very unkind and not forthcoming about the prices. When I asked to clarify and specify the price for printing, he got defensive and irritated. Prices are unreasonable and they do not treat customers kindly :(

This store is a scam! It says $1 for printing up to 5pages. The next thing the owner charged me $1 per page! Avoid! It is the old queens quay convenience, and they changed the name because of all the terrible reviews. You can change your name but you are still the same rude store! If u need to print, use the printer at the library, 15cent a page.

Rude store and money grabbing , printing photo is 15 cad for sending it as email they got another 15 cad. Photos doesn’t have clarity and have to redo it somewhere so not worth for the price, you find rudeness from owners reply so try to avoid this store and use libraries for printing services

I always go to this place to take my photos since the owner is so friendly and always takes multiple photos so you have options to choose. He took photos for my Canadian PR, Iranian passport, and all my immigration docs and never missed Definitely recommended!

Highly recommend this place for passport photos & basic grocery items. The passport set up is very professional & at a reasonable price which is better than shoppers drug mart. The customer service is great.

If I could give him zero, I would. Don’t go there for PHOTO. He will give you the wrong dimensions and charge you again to have it fixed. Terrible customer service. Worst person ever. Unprofessional.

Nice shop run by a professional, polite, nice guy. Visited to get a key copy for my key, he didn’t have the exact copy so I came back and returned it and he gave me a full refund with no issues.

The owner or the guy that clicks the picture is unprofessional and lacks patience. As soon as there are few customers at the store, the guy gets distracted. Stay away. Worst bloke to deal with.

They sell Brennan's Irish food products such as rashers, white and black puddings, soda bread and Irish breakfast sausages. Keep in mind they are all frozen The service is helpful
