SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!! I don’t know where all the 5 stars are coming from probably from there employees not the customers…. I have paid fully for my unit for over 2yrs now and till now my unit has not been built up till now and the agreement says once u are done with making full payment it will be ready in 4 months after till now they are sending me another Email that my unit will be ready in another 1yrs lying beware ppl don’t fall scam do not buy any properties from this campany… GRACE she’s in charge of Urban Prime 4 she kept posting me on delivery date…..giving me different stories everyday.

A good company running a ponzi scheme that will soon burst. The only reason you still see good reviews now is because the way Ponzi scheme works as there will be early birds to enjoy the payoff that eventually leaves reviews but once the game is over they go under and it is about to happen. They take your money for a property, in order for it to be built or delivered they need another person to buy so they can use that money to build yours and the cycle of greed continues. It will soon pop as the news is spreading faster than wildfire especially amongst Diasporas.

I have not received my deposit back after they claimed to have refunded. They insisted on sending it back to the form of payment as made, which due to their extremely difficult process to send to their US account, I had to do through an agent. They refused to send the money to me as the owner, but that it needed to go back to the agent who paid on my behalf. Now they have sent the money and the agent has run off with it. Excuses everyday and Landwey has taken no accountability, nor has responded to requests for assistance. Avoid this company

Fake 5 star’s review everywhere. Paid for two apartments for with no allocations. They have not even started building one of them that they started 2 years ago. Avoid landwey by all means if you want to see the fruit of your labor. The marketing does not meet reality. I will never invest 1 Naira with them again. They are biting more than they can chew. They have many abandoned projects. I will never buy property I cannot move into right away anymore.
