Was sick and quarantined at home. Ran out of my migraine medicine and I had been having migraine episodes. Called up and they explained to me to get my doctor to email/fax the script across as they can't dispense the medicine from a photo of the script from me. After a consultation with my doctor over the phone, he emailed my script across and they happily filled my prescription. The pharmacist Andrew Pham then delivered the medicine to me after work (around 7pm). I got the impression that he does deliver the medicine to locals around. Was really touched by the personal service, quick response and really polite and helpful service. Highly recommend this pharmacy! It probably cost more to get the medicine but I was happy to pay as I suffer from migraines, was really unwell and could not go out.
I went to this pharmacy a few times recently. The pharmacy assistants were always great. The pharmacist less so: once I asked for some help with dosage of iron supplements for my daughter and he wouldn't help. Then I tried to get some Sudafed for a cold, and he turned me away for being suspicious (I had a cold earlier that month). It's a shame when small businesses won't be more helpful, because I'll just go up the road to the chemist warehouse now.
Lane Cove Village Pharmacy is exactly as per it’s name offering pharmaceutical services by competent, qualified and caring staff. Forget the ‘supermarket’ like chemists that claim to be the cheapest but just want to sell you product that you don’t need. Go and introduce yourself to Andrew and his team.
I had an accident across the road whilst rushing to my car in the rain and fell and had grazes on my hands and bleeding on my knees. Saw the chemist open and the pharmacist was so kind and helpful, he took his time to clean the wound and patch it all up for me. Thank you for help!!!
