The website shows that they are a wonderful place to relax. Yet that is far from the truth- their day spa smelt like mold, only two hot saunas worked, their Turkish bath was cold, and their salt room is just a regular a/c heater.. they charged me 50 euros and told me I had to be there for 2 hours before my massage… it was a long, brutal waiting for my massage (the massage is wonderful) I suggest anyone that is going to lanna Gaia to pass on the day spa… it is not worth it, but the women giving the massages are… When I was leaving the day spa I was trying to see if they’d compensate me in any way and the front desk said no.. she had told me that there has been a lot of complaints but when she talked to the manager he said no one gets a discount or money back.. it’s clearly bad business… she was open and honest about the many complaints and how many things weren’t working in the spa… DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Lanna Gaia ubicato al piano -1 dell'hotel Ausonia Hungaria non è aperto solo per gli ospiti dell'hotel, che offre 2 ore al giorno gratuite della spa, ma anche al pubblico esterno. Tutto su appuntamento per impedire assembramenti. Il luogo è gradevole e pulito, suggestivo per la ambientazione orientale. Doccia, doccia emozionale, bagno turco, idromassaggio, sauna, sauna bio, sala relax. Massaggi di 1 ora o di 1 ora e quaranta minuti sono un extra all'ingresso in spa. Prezzi allineati con le altre città italiane. Personale di massaggio tailandese, in costume tradizionale, col rito della offerta del the, col lavaggio dei piedi e con la tipica gentilezza orientale.

Very unprofessional a waste of time!!! Me and my friends were coming here from another city. We booked an appointment ahead of time because of this reason. We were told to come at 2:30 today the night before. So of course we get up the next morning go to the train station buy our tickets. We are literally a stop away from being in Venice after riding the train for a full hour. Only to have them email us at 2:00 to say they were over book and to come back tomorrow. When we called they couldn’t provide us any explanation as to why they couldn’t let us know ahead of time that they were booked!!! Worst place ever save your money and your time!!!

Ce centre est tout simplement merveilleux. J'y étais avec mon épouse. Le centre est très propre, bien entretenu. Nous avons profité du jacuzzi, hammam, sauna à 90 degrés, sauna à 110 degrés. Les dames à l'accueil était très sympas et à l'écoute. Il y avait de l'eau fraîche citronnée à la disposition de toute la clientèle. Ça faisait du bien d'en prendre après une longue séance de sauna. Si vous faites un tour à Venise, je vous conseille de vous détendre dans ce centre. Les séances durent 2h. Ils offrent également des massages, que je n'ai malheureusement pas pu faire. Nous n'avions pas réservé à l'avance. Je vous conseille ce centre.

Incredible! from start to finish. Booked through email, they were very quick to respond and so helpful. It was cold and rainy outside, this place was a warm oasis. Jib was my masseuse and also did my facial - all amazing - would give her 10 stars out of 5. (The spa is not as fancy as others I have seen, but not shabby). Desk staff also wonderfully helpful. Such a lovely end to a fun but often stressful trip.

“Overbooked” Online website is unreliable! Myself and two others made reservations through their online website TWO DAYS IN A ROW! The first day we recieved an email from the spa stating they were overbooked and to make reservations for the next day (we did). Then when we were halfway there (Trenitalia) again we were told they were overbooked and to come back the next day! UNPROFESSIONAL!

Wish I could rate Lanna Gaia higher. Went here with my boyfriend for his birthday and the whole experience was incredible. The receptionist was so friendly and knowledgeable of all the treatments available and was able to talk us through them accordingly. Our masseurs were so professional and well trained. Could not of been happier. I would definitely return. Start to finish a delight

L'unico centro di originali massaggi Thai in Italia. Si trova all'interno di uno splendido Hotel 5 stelle Lusso ( Grand Hotel Hungaria) ma si può frequentare anche come esterni. Ambientazione ricercata ed originale in stile Thailandese. Personale attento e cordiale e professionalmente ineccepibile. Terapiste formate in esclusive scuole Thailandesi. Da non perdere.

Non vedo l’ora di arrivare al lido ogni estate per farmi coccolare dalle monache thailandesi di questo citatissimo centro benessere . Dopo un massaggio del genere barcollo per almeno mezz’ora completamente in sintonia con il mio corpo che fino a poco prima mi infiggeva dolorino ovunque ! Best amazing last minute massage. So grateful that we managed to book at last minute and it was more than what I expected. The staff were fantastic, the massage was so good that I wanted more! What a great way to treat myself after exploring and getting lost in Venice. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing experience at Lanna Gaia! We've had massages on 3 continents, and this was by far the best! They were able to fit us in with less than a day's notice, and they were so kind! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Venice, and we'll be booking some spa time as well!

Came here on my last day in Venice, quick water bus ride, great prices, and honestly the best massage I've ever had. I also recommend the $25 euro spa package, it was well worth it. The durration of the massage was a few minutes more than advertised, and was the perfect way to end my trip.

I don't know if I became any younger, but the place is great, the massage was enjoyable and truly a great experience. It was a birthday present and I usually do not go to massage so I do not have many comparison but I think it can't go much better than this.

Big construction works that can be heard in the spa, which unfortunately had a few things not working in the spa. Maybe this is because it was January and less people go. Either way over priced for the condition of the spa, but adequate for our needs.

Great availability, we got 90 minute massages booked in the day prior and was well worth the money. Tourist friendly and nice atmosphere. Only gripe is I couldn't book over the phone so we booked in person.
