My experience with the tax office was utterly frustrating and unacceptable. Despite following the submission form instructions and visiting the office in person to obtain a TIC number, the staff refused to assist me and directed me to send an email instead. To my dismay, my emails went unanswered despite sending three different ones. Adding insult to injury, my attempts to contact the office via phone were futile as I was unable to reach anyone after making countless calls. In my opinion, Larnaca tax office is the epitome of incompetence and negligence. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for the people is beyond unacceptable. It is unacceptable for a government agency to provide such a substandard level of service.
