WOW. I seriously don’t know where to begin. Krissy, Ellia and the whole crew at Lashes by Krissy are professional, friendly, and so talented. They have become like family. I’m literally blind in one eye so the amount of people I trust around my eyes is Krissy’s team and my ophthalmologist. They do the absolute BEST lashes and brows in Sydney, and they are the kindest ladies you’ll ever meet. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. I love the chats I have with Krissy when I come in for my appointments. I had to cancel last minute for an emergency while pregnant and Krissy didn’t charge me at all - she just made sure I was okay and rescheduled when I felt better. I’ve been going to her for a long time now and would never go anywhere else. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their salon is so beautiful and comfortable too - I have fallen asleep so many times while getting my lashes done. They’re hygienic, talented, careful, and they always do the most amazing job! Krissy works late so often and will go above and beyond to make sure you look and feel your best. For Christmas they gave me a bag of the cutest gifts ever and a card thanking me for my patronage - I mean that is so sweet. Love, love, LOVE these ladies and their beautiful work. Wow! These ladies are incredible at what they do. I get my lashes done frequently here and by all the staff there, every time I do it’s just an amazing experience. I never wore lash extensions but after seeing these beauties they made sure that the lashes suited my eye shape as I have quite hooded eyes. I also recently moved to the beaches and have struggled to find someone that can do my eyebrows the way that I like them. My eyebrows are my pride and joy and really don’t like just anyone doing them. But this is was a completely amazing experience. Emi was so attentive, I explained that I struggled to find someone of good quality to do my eyebrows in the shape that I like. She took time and really listened to what I was after, to keep my shape but to get rid of strays. (There was a lot of strays, I didn’t do my eyebrows for a long time) can honestly say I almost cried from happiness! I found my brow girl

I had an incredible experience here and have been for two years now. Krissy and her team are not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and attentive they’re amazing at what they do (lashes and brows). I really loved my time at Krissy's studio. The studio was very pretty, and the whole experience was very warm and relaxing. I got the classic lash extensions, and an eyebrow wax and tint. My lashes and brows looked great, not too full on for me, and the tint was just the right colour - Emi did a great job and picked a style that perfectly suited my face. I would definitely recommend going here, and I will be going again soon! It might be worth noting for any other first timers that your eyelashes might take a while to grow back to their full length after all your extensions come out, I wasn't aware of this going in but that is my own ignorance not the team's!!!

Ruby is absolutely AMAZING!!! I recently moved out of area so I booked in with a different lash technician closer to home… big mistake!! I made the trip back to Ruby to have her correct my lashes and she blew me away yet again with her skill and precision. Her attention to detail is impeccable and my lashes are once again perfect! I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for Krissy! I’ve gone to a lot of lash techs over the last few years and Krissy is by far the best. I thought what I wanted wasn’t possible with lash extensions after a few years of describing the look I was after and getting different results from other techs. The first time I went to Krissy she understood my awful explanation and gave me exactly what I wanted! She’s amazing and every time you leave the salon you feel amazing. She’s taught the best way to care for my lashes and now I have great retention!! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else

From start to finish, my experience at Lashes by Krissy was amazing. The studio is stunning, the pomegranate tea divine, Jenny was so lovely & even added a blanket to put on top of me to keep warm on a freezing winters day. I was also super impressed & thrilled to have received 30% off as it was my first visit & to receive an email afterwards to allocate 1% of the profits to a charity of my choice - so awesome! Krissy and her team provide the most beautiful services, especially in my experience with lash extensions! In terms of technique Krissy is so patient and delicate and they have never been painful once, aaaand they hardly ever fall out. What makes it more special is that the team are all so young and ambitious so it is very rewarding to be their clients and to help their business flourish! I’ve been getting my lashes done at Krissy’s lashes for many years and the service and quality of lashes are the best! The atmosphere is like a spa and so relaxing. There’s refreshments and snacks to help yourself to.. cookies, several crisps, lemon water. Like what eyelash place does all that?!? I have a bad back and the beds are amazingly supportive and comfy and can doze away so easy. Krissy is such an expert. I have one wonky eye and she always puts in the extra time to make them look amazing. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else!

Having never had eyelash extensions before, Krissy and her team made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. Today I had my first ever lash lift and tint. It was an absolutely lovely experience here. The vibes of the place are super calming, with lots of lovely pinks and warm neutrals. My lash expert, Emi, was truly wonderful and made me feel very supported and respected, and provided wonderful service. My lashes look the best they ever have before! They are usually straight down but they have actually curled upwards very nicely thanks to Emi.Will definitely be coming back for all my lash needs!

The last place I went to before this one wasn’t nearly as good. My lashes would fall out within days and now they last weeks! From the moment I walked into the lash studio, it felt comforting and calming. There was soft music playing in the background and aroma diffusers, and it was very clean. I got the classic lashes done by Isabella and they look so natural and beautiful. Isabella is so professional, gentle and patient. She consistently asked to see if anything was stinging, and she made the whole lash experience so relaxing!

Krissy has been doing such a beautiful job infilling my eyelash extensions. I go every two and half weeks as my lashes grow very quickly but they are always so full even when they need to be done. Krissy has taught me how to probably maintain and clean my eyelash extensions. Not only she does a great job but we always have a great a chat. I highly recommend lashes by Krissy

I'd give them 6 stars if I could! I went here after having a really bad experience at a different salon and Krissy has helped nurse my lashes back to health over the past 6 or so months and make them look amazing in the process. My go to brow and lash girl (Jenny has also done my lashes when Krissy hasn't been able to and she is also amazing!). Couldn't fault them!

Krissy is SO lovely, and her lash extension skills are 110/10. I've gotten my lashes done at other places before, but they've always gotten a bit manky after the first week or so. After 1+ week, my lashes from Krissy are still looking and feeling amazing. They haven't gone clumpy at all, and are still super light. Could not recommend her and her services enough <3

Krissy and her team are all so sweet and do great quality lashes , I first starting getting my lashes done here months ago and will never change. If you are lost and don’t know where to start with lashes they will give you great advice on what actually will look nice on your eye shape. Her sets last me atleast a month when taken care of properly.
