We stayed in RIO063 May 2015 for two weeks. This apartment met all of our needs and wishes. The rooms are well furnished, clean, good size.Beds are comfortable and linens very nice. The kitchen has all of the things you might need. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful. It is excellently maintained.The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. The apartment was beautiful and had many nice decorating touches.Vera was very easy to work with in setting up the rental and a pleasure to meet. I would recommend this rental to my friends and relatives. We loved the location, the friendly people in the building , and the close proximity to the beach and all of our favorite restaurants and shopping.

Owners and renters, BEWARE. This company engages in FRAUDULENT practices. For the past 18 months, they have represented a property we own in Ipanema, Brazil and renting it out on Vrbo and Airbnb. They have been keeping the money they collect from these rentals and NOT remitting it to us. Latin Exclusive owes us USD $40,000! The CEO is Arnaud Bughon and he is openly committing FRAUD. The company acknowledges they owe us the money but the CEO refuses to communicate with us or to make payments. The company is also a partner with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy. Do not give this company your business as you are only contributing to their fraudulent activities.

We spent 9 days last December at the Rio138 apartment located in Ipanema. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was pretty new and the building service were amazing (swimming pool, gym, solarium, etc). The apartment had also daily clean service and 24hours security. The apartment location is excellent, very close to Ipanema shops, restaurant and less than 2 minutes from the beach. This was the third time we rented an apartment using this company and we always have had an outstanding service.

I had a wonderful stay with Rio Exclusive. Our penthouse was really something special and, in my opinion, far better value than many of the top hotels in Rio. It allowed us to have the freedom to relax, lounge around and entertain but with the service and expertise of a hotel. I wish I could live there every day!

The best offer in Rio de Janeiro! I was amazed by all the breathtaking properties they had, I couldn't even make a choice. Eventually, with their help my friends and I stayed in RIO012 and had the most wonderful time. I highly recommended this agency!
