It is really dissapointing to have to write this. We bought a land from Latitude and our experience has been a total trainwreck. This is not our first property purchase and we have never dealt with a real estate agent like this. Extremely poor communication between the real estate manager and his team. He was not aware of the emails between our solicitor and the estate's solicitors. While we were in the process of clarifying details in the contract, we were told that our contract will become void if we didn't sign within their deadline, despite the fact, that it took the real estate's solicitor almost a week to get back to us and we were only given roughly 4 hours to sign the contract. We recieved a call from the real estate manager at 5:08pm saying our contract will be cancelled now since it has been 8 minutes past their deadline. His main argument was that over 40 other contracts have been signed, why can't we get it right? The way he spoke to us was totally unacceptable. No one has the rights to speak to anyone in that way, let alone their clients. Our money is hard earned and we are entitled to clarify everything we are signing up for, given that we are investing such a big amount of money (honestly even that shouldn't matter).

We purchased land at the Austin estate in Lara. The Latitude Sales representatives - Chris and Yasmin - were both always available on the phone (and I called many times!), and were very forthcoming with help, support and information over several months. I especially appreciated being granted 'early access' to the subdivisions, so that we could assess whether there was a suitable block for us, well in advance of the sale date. Our experience with Chris and Yasmin and with Austin/Latitude RE in general has been really positive and we look forward to our continued relationship. Having had some experience and communication with both of the other nearby estates in Lara, I can honestly say that Austin/Latitude RE runs rings around the others in terms of customer service and accessibility (and ease of purchase of land).

It's been a wonderful opportunity to meet Mr.Edward Debono from latitude real estate couple of months ago. He is keen in asking , listening and exhibiting the opportunities he had in helping others depending on the circumstances for what you are looking at. I was happen to share him the interest that I'm looking for a block of land suppose to title later in Lara. He got my details and told leave it to me , I will get back to you when we have some stages. Then there he is couple of weeks ago, as said called and explained about the stage , blocks and pricing. I had an opportunity to take a block which I wanted. Extremely thankful to Edward and highly recommend him for his utmost professionalism and reliable nature.

We came across this development happening at underbank and met latitude sales cadet Daniel! Very happy with the two pieces of land that we bought in Baccus marsh underbank. What a great location !! Daniel had been very helpful and a great guidance in deciding the right blocks for us. Would genuinely recommend these blokes …
