Friendly, helpful staff & a very clean place, (I always do a quick wipe down of the interior of washers & dryers because of past experiences of bringing home uninvited visitors (body lice, fleas and rat mites, and/or their eggs)on, in my "clean laundry", such a nightmare, more common than you'd think and from several different launderettes) But I am happy to say that there wasn't much to clean out! Lots of machines that might not look brand new but cleaned my clothes well and the dryers had completely dried my clothes and bedding in 15 -25 minutes less time than I expected. I only know that because of the other really high praise I have to give the staff, Maria and a bloke there for the final hours, stayed open without giving me so much as a dirty look let alone any comments or reminders that they close, closed at 10pm. I left after half ten and there were still 5 people who had stuff drying. The woman running the place was extremely helpful, patient and friendly and never stopped tidying or helping customers the whole 2 hours+ I was there. Just so you know, the front door or sidewalk entrance is kept locked, I expect because of the proximity to the creek where quite a few homeless people live and partly because the machines go all the way back to the exterior back wall with the office in the back so you enter by the door way back on the left side of the building from their good sized off street parking lot. This is probably for safety and in fact it was a very chill atmosphere with no enraged screaming mentally ill people popping in to kick over the rubbish bins etc and we have A Lot of them in this neighborhood. You know the type, walking by in the middle of a vicious screaming fight and you think, damn, hope I don't have to call the police, till you notice they are in the same state day after day but you've never hear anyone shouting back at them. We have 5 regulars who never bother anybody but you can hear them from way off & super loud as they pass your house and then trailing off in the distance until the next day or their next lap that day,if you're lucky. So I have to give the Launderlux on Santa Clara St at 21st 5 stars and say how relieved I am to have found them after trying several others in this, my new neighborhood.

This is a laundromat located in.a residential area, many home's with family's. My dryer broke down so I drove my wet laundry here to dry and I was told if I didn't wash here I can not dry here! Why would the Owner post this kind of a sign in a laundromat? This to me is not a good business, nor are they friendly. To the Owner, this is a laundromat you Moran! Teach your employees about Customer Services!

Awful service. I brought hangers for my wash and fold since I had a few collard shirts. Wasn’t asking for a steam press or anything fancy, but asked if they would hang the collard shirts after washing. The man behind the counter tells me that they aren’t a dry cleaners. Got my cloths back and most of them smell. Awful place. With so many laundromats available this place has no reason to go here.

I’m so tired of having to hearing children screaming - kids should not be allowed in here. Management needs to step in and clear people from standing in walkways - there is no room to move around. Absolutely no air flow - it’s cooler outside. I don’t recommend coming here and I’ll find a better place to give $30 when I do laundry

Desde que abrieron el lugar soy clienta de allí y lo sigo asiendo vivo un poco retirado pero no me importa bengo hasta aquí porque todos los trabajadores son muy amables y el lugar siempre muy limpio y muy buenos precios en todo gracias.

El lugar está Excelente Pero La máquinas pequeña Cuestan casi 4 dólares esta cara en otra lavandería cuenta 2.50 Y en la Secada le pones una coras no más es de 6 minutos cuando en otras por una Cora es 10 minutos

My washer at home broke down and parts are on backorder. My daughter recommend this place. Very clean. No issues considering this is my second visit here.
