Clean and fast express laundry place. Use coins only. They have machine to exchange coins ($1 & $2), you can use notes or card to exchange $1 coins. If use cards, there is additional 2% surcharge. If you setup credit on your mobile, you also can use it. General wash, per load is around 24 mins, if you use dryer, depending on the cloth material, normal one will take about 25-30 mins to dry completely. There are 3 sizes of washing machine. $7 per load (small), $10 per load (medium) and $14 per load (large). I guess the washing time per load are the same 24 mins. Dryer has 2 sizes, medium and large. It charges the same $1 per 5 mins. They provide the detergent and indicated how much powder you should use for per load. Which is quite convenient. EDIT: Owner informed that they do offer service wash but they were not around when I brought my laundry over. My original intention was to bring my laundry to do a service wash but ended up doing the laundry myself. So do call ahead.

Terrible experience at this place today. Beware people! All my clothes were stolen today at this place today around 1 pm. I put my clothes in the washing machine and went to buy something to drink outside, didn’t take me more than 10 minutes and when I came back the washing machine had been opened and all my clothes were gone! This place has absolutely zero security. After calling the manager and checking the footage which he provided to me where it shows someone taking clothes from a table in the store and then opening the washing machine and taking all my clothes putting them in a bag, his answer was to go to the police, and that this has happened before twice, so they are clearly doing nothing. Wash your stuff at this place at your own risk. Do not recommend at all.

Only thing not giving it a 5 star for me, is that there’s not enough seating. The sign also says that it’s not recomened to leave your washing unattended, but there’s no where to sit… plenty of room in the middle to still be ‘socially distanced,’ if that’s why there’s no extra chairs. Love this place though. Love how easy it is to pay for tokens with your card. Also free washing detergent.

Hotel laundry service is expensive. This place provides a self-service laundry service. Only 7AUD for washing 15mins and 6AUD for drying 30mins. Washing powder is also provided. Also you can use card or notes to exchange coin from the machine. It’s life saver when you’re travelling

Very clean, free detergent, loads of machines of different sizes. The only laundromat I use in city and its not the closest to my home. Even when the machine wouldn't open 1 time, the problem was rectified remotely in literally a minute. Top class.

Though it was a good 17 minutes walk for us from our hotel at CBD to this coin laundromat, this place was so worth it since it came with cash to coin machine and even provided detergent! A total LIFESAVER! …

This laundry in the city has great signage, very clear instructions and pricing, I like the free detergent and coin dispenser too. The Tv is good and the place is clean, open 6 am to 1 am 7 days.

This Laundromat express opens from 6am-11pm daily. It provides free detergent and cash machine. Very clean and bright place. $7 per wash and $1 per 5mins drying. Quite reasonable price for CBD.

A good experience overall, just be careful about the time you go. They close it around 11
