I really loved this place, went to another laundry but they charge R30 per kilo and minimum you need 3kgs, so I chose this one at least if my clothes get ruined it would be my fault and not by someone else, anyway its very easy to use up to 25 clothes aprox 6kg I think those machines are meant to be used with at least 10kg but check it, I paid in total R36 so almost half of the price per kilo in another laundries, worked perfectly so if you are a traveller this is a lifesaver by the way they close at 10:00pm. The location is quite hidden you have to enter to Galeria Astor 605 and you will find it at the end of the aisle on your left side.

Good, small, clean, no-cash laundromat. Well maintained and safe. No staff is present. You must use a certain type of credit or debit card (Brazilian only?) I tried two US credit cards and one debit card, and a Colombian debit card (four in all) and ALL were all rejected.. I always needed to pay a nice local person in cash ($20 reais) to start each machine with their local cards for me. People are friendly here. Otherwise, no problems. Great machines.

Única coisa que senti falta, foi a possibilidade de efetuar o pagamento por ativação com leitura do QR Code via aplicativo da marca. Não vi isso nas paredes. Somente na máquina aparece, mas não é via aplicativo a marca. Tem uma parede vazia, poderiam colocar ali nesta parede, a possibilidade de pagamento por ativação via app Laundromat.

Probably the best and cleanest public laundromat I’ve been to. New machines, well looked after, automatic soap, and super clean store. You’ll need a credit card for payment. There’s directions in English also. A wash and dry (about 1 hour 10mins in total), only cost about $12 Aussie dollars when I converted it back.

Local sempre está sujo. As máquinas sempre estão sem amaciante (quando não é o sabão) tragam o seus para colocar na máquina! Um calor enorme pq além de economizarem em funcionário para deixar o local limpo e organizado não ligam o ar condicionado. Tem só um ventilador que não ameniza em nada o calor.

Unfortunately both my credit cards were rejected by the card payment machine and there was no other way to pay, so we were unable to wash our laundry :-(

Fully automated. Self dispense of soap. Straightforward. Good value for money. The only downside is that there are only 3 washers and dryers.
