This morning from 7am several people was parked in the front of the laundromat. A young lady with her baby stayed parked in the parking lot but everyone else including myself parked in the parking lot. That lady kept her car parked in front of the laundromat to the time she washed her clothes up until the time she dried and folded her laundry. The police was never called at all. But when it was later in the morning, and other people parked their cars struggling to get their laundry in the building parked in front of the laundromat somehow police is called and ticketing people without any warning. The young lady that worked there didn’t even open her mouth and tell the people to move their cars or she would call the police... People would have moved their vehicle. But no she decides to be on the phone and call the police in private then to just open up her mouth and tell the people to move their vehicles!!! I’m sick of this place and will NEVER go back here again!! Be fair and call the police when you see people park their car in the front of the laundromat starting from 7am.

I had to give it a 1. I NEVER MADE IT IN TO THE PLACE TO WASH!! 1. WE PULL UP TO THE DOOR. 6 CARS PARKED AT THE DOOR IN THE NO PARKING ZONE/ FIRE ZONE!!! NOT DROPPING OR PICKING UP!! PARKED!!!! FRIST OF ALL IM NOT HAPPY GOING TO THE LAUNDRY MAT!!! BUT I GOT TO LUNG THIS IN AND HAVE TO FIGHT THESE ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES!! SO WENT INSIDE ASK TO HAVE SOME OF THESE CARS MOVED!! I WAS TOLD AINT NOTHING WE CAN DO. SEEM LIKE 2 NICE YOUNG LADIES!! ANYWAY I CALLED THE POPO'S!!! BUT COME TO FIND OUT. EVERYONE OF THOSE CARS WERE AFRICA NATIONALITY!!! IM NOT PREJUDICE. BUT YAW STARTING TO GET ON MY DAMN NERVERS THIS IS AMERICA FOLLOW ARE LAWS!! YOUR HERE SO APPARENTLY YOU LIKE IT HERE. AND DONT WORRY I'LL NEVER COME BACK THERE!! Used to come here weekly, last few months, a lot of the machines are down, the place is a mess, today, Today, I needed to change a $20 bill and the machine was down, went to the clerk and told me he could not break it, to use the coin machine. I asked if he would then buy back the extra $10 in quarters I was not going to need. No he said. Not going back unless I have to. Tired of the bad service. You are there to resolve my laundry issues for a fee, not add to it and still charge a fee. I would not write this, if it was a 1st time thing. But issues are becoming a day to day thingand Sims like nobody cares.

Speedway location is nice and inviting. Staff is friendly. I tanned while I did a wash, and beds are clean, staff in tanning area is nice. Worked out well, wash was finished when I came out from tanning. Only downfall to this location is, it's crammed in-between a big lots, and a restaurant. So parking is not good. However, you can back your car up at the door to unload. The store is small compared to the store on West 10th Street. It's quaint tho and not so noisy. Clean place to do laundry and chill for a while, and no stress.

The staff are lazy and rude and only enforce rules if they don't have to leave their little desk. Constantly kids running around like hooligans and there always seems to be one or two washing machines with dirty clothes that haven't been ran just sitting in them. Like really? You can't call dibs on a public washer. Add to that that the washers and dryers always stink and you're better off hand washing at home in your toilet!

Cold water only often. ATM down, change machine down enough times to notice. Finally replaced dryers. Allow customers to park in front of handicap accessible ramp. Kids running crazy. Customers yelling at said kids. Hurried to close despite midnight close time. TV's not maintained. Sounds weird but if you are gonna have that many, have them on something. Closed captioning. No volume, no springer-esque screaming.

Love to go here late late night early morning hardly nobody here.The machines work well.Its generally pretty clean with never having any problems here at all!! They have a huge selection of different size washers & dryers.Video games vending and change machines.They have a huge playground in the back of you have children with you.They have a counter in back you can buy things from with an attendant working.

My normal salon is west 10th but sometimes before work I stopped at this location because it is easier. The older lady that works the tanning desk is very rude and does not have a personality at all I believe she should not be in customer service. I now make it a point to go to the 10th Street location every time so I don't have to deal with that lady

Every time I go in there to do my laundry, some people be calling dibs on dryers and putting their laundry baskets in front of the dryer. Crazy! You better not act like you putting your clothes in the dryer where the laundry basket is... you get side eyed! Just silly! I found another laundromat more comfortable doing my laundry.

The staff looked at me dumb as soon as I walked in and charged me twice for a week membership because the lady didn't put me in the system when I paid. Then the next day I go in I try to get a tan and the lady who helped acted like she didn't remember putting me in the system or me paying. I would not recommend.

Today 8/25/23 I was at this establishment and a shaw that my Mother gave me was stolen from me today. My shaw was laying across the cart that had my laundry basket in it.I was sitting up front and some low life helfa stoled my shaw. Hope you enjoy wearing it. Take a picture and post it!!!!

My pictures say it all.... Roaches.... All over the floor, in the washers, and on the washers. Just because I go to a laundromat, doesn't make me a, dirty person, and I don't want to become one by bringing roaches into my home. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this facility.

I've been there twice for washing and plan on making it my regular. They've got these huge, new washers you can use a credit card on. I knock out everything quick without having to fiddle with all those dumb quarters. The woman attendant is very friendly during the days.

Great place to do your clothes. Staff is always friendly and nice. The young ladies there always run a strong ship. The worst part is the idiots that can't control their kids and the clowns that leave their finished clothes in the washer or dryer. Keep it movin'

The place is FILTHY and the attendant only seems to be interested in face timing her girl friend. I guess it's time to find a new laundromat to go to. I think this place changed hands in the last few months. This use to be a nice clean place to go to.

It's ok not liking that I couldn't use my debit card on the washers I used, I had to get money from the ATM and it cost me $5.50 for ATM fees I know to get cash before I return again it seems cheaper here than the last place I went

The facility was clean. Used extra large washer pair with my cc advertised as 9$ and it charged me $10 ... called once I got home and of course no answer.... I’m pissed . Even though it’s a dollar it’s stealing... bad for business

It can get real packed on the weekends. A couple of dryers and washers were down so that made it even more difficult to maneuver. However, the staff is always friendly and willing to help out. I come here all the time!

This is where i tan an they have every kind of bed that you could possibly want and plenty of them and there's never a line and you never have to wait to get in and their hours are awesome they're open till midnight!!!

The place was very clean. The only ick factor was where you pour your detergent it could use a good scrubbing other than that neat place. Wasn't crowded maybe cause I went in the morning I don't know. But I liked it.

Purchased monthly tanning package and has not disappointed me yet! Great group of beautiful women running this place, and doing an amazing job at it!! Thanks LADIES for all your hard work keeping us all safe!!!

Staff not wearing a mask. Not in forcing it with customers. Place is so dirty gloves and boxes laying everywhere. Didn’t see staff wiping down anything to help prevent the spread of germs and stuff!

I love it. It's clean and peaceful as far as a laundromat I mean I don't expect it to be the Hilton. Lol, sometimes it's too crowded so I just changed the day I go and I'm happy with my decision.

This location has the friendliest staff, always polite and helpful with any issue I may have. I tan and do my laundry here and its always kept clean on both sides. Very satisfied customer …

Facility had dirty tables, floors, full trash cans. Water on the floor. Completed Laundry in machines for over 30 minutes. Takes $4 to dry a load of laundry (no the machine was not to full).

They have some nice washers but the vibe is "no black people" I should've guess because of the "Tan" in the name. But yeah... going to try the other laundry mat on Crawfordsville road.

LOVE this place! Beds are hot and updated. The spray tan is amazing. Best place to get a tan in my opinion. The girl that is there on Sundays is so nice too.

You don't want to go here on a Sunday night. Awful and overcrowded with screaming little kids. So busy someone stole some of my stuff in all the madness

This is not a laundromat with a play-area that is located on 7329 west 10 st. I was able to do a 6 load of laundry for under 10$

Often busy unless you go early in the morning. Change machine gives out wrong change. Staff is friendly though.
