Title: Poor Service and Unpleasant Experience I recently used Laundry Guru for my laundry needs, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed. The laundry was not cleaned properly, and the overall experience was spoiled by the staff's bad behavior and rudeness. The quality of service was subpar; my clothes came back looking almost as dirty as when I sent them in. When I raised this concern with the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. Furthermore, the customer service was deplorable. The staff's rude attitude made the whole experience even more unpleasant. I believe that any service industry should prioritize customer satisfaction, which was clearly not the case here. I regret using Laundry Guru and would strongly advise others to look for alternatives that value their customers and provide better quality service.

Washing is the only part which made to give atleast 3 stars. No responsibility at all towards customer service or timely delivery for clothes .if anyone plans to give expensive clothes here ,just forget your cloth .they required 5 days to iron one shirt and 9 days for washing. Service is pathetic .maybe timely reminder from clients would help them atleast to give the laundry in time .

The attitude of the providers are disgusting. Their weighing scale is always showing more than actual weight of the product. Zero sense of how to talk to customers. Abusive in nature. Should be very careful if giving laundry there. Very careless while washing. They lose clothes. I suggest not to go there for laundry. Worst service have ever seen.

Worst service ever given by some service provider. Owner Gautam talks rudely after exchanging expensive clothes of clients and then talk as if he’s the victim. Due to his negligence attitude and busy in his own IT job he doesn’t pays attention what his employees are doing. Never try this laundry.

I have been using Laundry Guru for the last 3 months and I love it. They offer a pleasantly fast, efficient, and affordable service. They are honest and reliable, so I really trust them when they come to my house. It is always nice to know that there is a company that can be trusted.

Excellent service. Super affordable. Fast as well - they pickup, launder and drop within a day and it's really good quality. The person is very polite and professional. Very useful during the rainy season. Should definitely give it a try!

I’ve taken the laundry service twice from laundry guru to be honest best in class and excellent service and my cloths were taken care in a smooth way and best in price and i got my cloths in 2 hour including wash and dry.

Authentic north homestyle food at amazing prices. Onwer is a punjabi uncle and he is a very good cook. Recommended for all punjabis n northies who couldn't find actual northie tasting food in bangalore.Bdw its pure veg.

Completely destroyed all my white clothes. Worst laundry service i have ever seen in my life. All other good reviews almost feel like paid one. Sometime they take almost a week to deliver and no sense of autonomy

Newly started. Not suggested for students because they are not folding properly. if they don't do proper folding again we have to give iron for those clothes. Plan accordingly …

Overall my experience was good .. I got my 9 ft length curtain wash… they did a good job.. they have pick and drop service at our door step… quality of wash was also too good

We gave our bedsheets and curtains for laundry here but it looked like they were never washed !!! It looked like they were put in a comfort that's it and they charge a lot
