This laundromat is cleaner than most laundromats and big but it is very expensive. I would not recommend this location for a person with a lot of laundry. I spent $46 to wash and only got 2 dryers for free. I spent almost $10 to dry all my clothes. When I tried to add money on my card to start 3 dryers over bc my clothes were damp, the card system tried to make me pay a minimum of $5. I asked for assistance. The lady told me there was nothing she could do even though I spent close to $60. The clientele was also pretty strange. There was this lady who was following me around. When I came in to wash, she started loading her clothes right next to mine even though I had so many clothes. I really needed the whole row of washers, but I just moved down. When it was time to dry, same situation. The lady came and started loading her clothes in the dryers right next to mine. There were dryers available all over the laundromat so I thought that was pretty strange that she kept seeking me out. I will not be returning. Too expensive.

This was my first visit and I'm very pleased. The staff was very helpful and kind plus they kept the place very clean. The washers cleaned my clothes exceptionally well and the dryers (not free) did a great job at drying my clothes. But the part is the laundry card. This place is truly a self service establishment because your card is your access to everything. Obviously you can use your card to wash and dry but you can use it at the snack and beverage machine and to get into the washroom. Oh I forgot to mention how huge this place is. There plenty of room for everyone to move around and lots of seats and tables to fold your clothes. When I went it was packed but it really didn't feel it because how spacious thus place is. Any place I don't have to bump into someone at every turn while I'm taking care of my business is a place I don't mind spending my money at. I had 2 big sacks of clothes and I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours (I'm a slow folder ).

I came to this laundromat on several occasions, at first they wouldn’t let us fold our clothes, but we looked and saw people of another race folding clothes, my second experience we came they told us only one family member, but as my daughter was unloading her clothes , we saw (2) people in the same family coming out getting in their vehicle which was the same vehicle. The point that I’m making this establishment has racial profiled me more than once. I would never give them a dime of my money again. Yes I’m black and their Mexican friends got the privilege. This needs to stop and we need to stop supporting these businesses , like this. I am so angry right now, because this is 2020 and things like this I can’t stomach. This is a terrible is a place, and if the management allows this to keep happening we shouldn’t support this business in our neighborhood.

I use to love this place. The quality still exist, but they went up on their prices. The staff is not personable and sometimes rude! Update: I don’t visit this location as much anymore, but when I do…I definitely feel out of place, being Black. It’s rude and unprofessional to clean right up on customers. I got my stuff out the washer only for the worker to mop immediately surrounding me, causing me to have to walk on the wet floor. No more visits for me. I drive out of my area to come here, when I do. It’s unfortunate that we live in a world where you feel your race affects your service and exceptional customer service doesn’t exist if you’re “the wrong race”.

Two ladies whom work here tried to call the cops on my niece and daughter while I went back to the car to get my debt card, the two ladies working on 07/3/18 at 10:18 told me I’m not allowed to wash after 10:00 sign says last wash at 10 . I was there before ten, thoughout the first few minutes upon me doing my laundry the two ladies and a gentleman ( he was a customer ) were talking under their breath about my child and niece and myself, This is my second time here , first time I liked it I arrived around the same time and didn’t have any issues, Now this being my second time will be my last time here because of the rudeness of the employees and customer

I HAAAATTTEEE doing laundry. But when it comes to this location laundry is a breeze and not as draining. The facility is clean and always in tip top shape. Staff has always been attentive and always willing to help. Located right in front of a 711and surrounded by a bunch of people selling tamales , elotes and champurado , you'll never go hungry and never be bored . Free WiFi too .. definitely recommend coming in the morning doe lol

I usually go to the laundromat on 51st and Kedzie because my family has been going there for years now. Today wanted to give this place a try because I always drive by and always wondered if it was any good. I'm pleased to say it is. The funny thing is that everyone is saying that it's pricy but in all honesty the prices are more expensive on the one on 51st and kedzie. I love it there but maybe its time I found something better.

This is by far the best laundromat in Chicago. I have never walked into this laundromat being dirty, smelling bad, garbage falling out of the bag, or even there laundry tables being dirty, and let me not forget to mention that there washers and dryers are always wiped down clean. To top it off, there staff have AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! IF you have not been here, you need to go from now on.

Closes at 12 midnight last wash at 10pm arrived before 10pm and was not allowed in. I have seen them do this before. Last wash means in the door before 10pm. Idc if it's 9:59....thats before 10. And certainly before midnight when you close. There should be no problem. Don't post business hours and rules if you don't honor them.

The attendants are amazing they keep the entire facility very clean, the machines are perfect you just have to pay ¢.45 to dry. Washing machine prices are $10.00 $8.00 $5.00 And I think there's a smaller one but I always use the larger washers. Also not a coin operated laundromat they have reloadable cards.

Every time I have visited this place is pretty calm, a big plus is that there's a McDonald's, a taco restaurant, a dollar store, wingstop, a bakery, and even an ice cream shop!! I usually go get my groceries while my clothes are washing, none of my clothes have never gotten lost or stolen.

Place is nice and roomy, huge. A little pricey, but with it. Place is clean, and so are washrooms. You have to use a laundry card which is a bit better than coins( I think). The only things wrong is parking lot a bit small, and the area where the dryers and tables are also small.

Clean, powerful machines in multiple sizes, quick dry, decent prices and plenty of seating to wait. Only issue is locations don't share systems so you can't use a card you loaded at one location at any other. That's a shame since it's the same card and would be very convenient!

I like this place cause it's always clean. And it's spacious. But the ladies that work here are really rude. Especially the lady with short fake blonde hair. Everytime I come in here she is rude to someone. If she doesn't like to help people she should find another job.

Good place to wash clothes unfortunately I have to take one star away due to the parking. There is always more cars in the parking lot than there is people washing they really have to do something about unauthorized people parking their cars there if not washing clothes

I like coming here because it's clean and spacious. I do agree that they should have a variety on their tv's since not everyone wants to watch Univision. Most ladies are nice and helpful, except for one lady who doesn't clean and only gossips ( read other reviews)

You can pay with credit or debit and you receive a card from a machine in there to use to wash and dry your clothes . The washing machine range in price from like $4.20, $5.60 , $7.20, $9.70 but the dryers are all $0.30. It was good and I got out quickly.

Machines clean very well not a bad price for the work it does, plus staff help you out with anything. Very clean place and its a big place, only thing i could complain is parking, its always full but then again it is because it is a good place to wash

They close earlier than 12 often. There are a couple of rude ladies. Last time a lady had rushed me to get out and yelled at me. She was upset because I came at 10 to do my laundry. Also the washers don't always wash your clothes correctly.

This is a good place to do laundry even if you just need to dry your clothes. Friendly staff and clean location. Another good thing about this place is that there is no need to look for coins. Load money on a card right at the location.

Es mi primera vez. Y estuvo bien. Se ve limpio la maquinas se ven en buen estado. Pude secar mi ropa sin restricciones de uso o de cantidad. Solo pagas medio dolar por 25m no se me encojio y esta mu agradable el lugar.

It's clean, it has plenty washers and dryers the only thing is you have to pay to much for drying it only lasts for about 15 minutes then you have to put more money in that's the only bad thing about it.

I used to love washing here but it seems their prices went up and they turned down the heat for the dryers. They don't dry good. Left with half my clothes damped. Even after putting it twice to dry.

I love this place after going to almost every laundry in my neighborhood I found a gem the drying is not free but it's very clean and bright lots of TV screens and friendly staff that are bilingual

It has a lot of space it was very quiet there was no fighting no arguing I especially like the little Bible tracts they had while I was drying clothes they was cleaning out the lint trap.

I really like the atmosphere here. Very spacious and clean. But i would appreciate a variety of shows on the television. All of the televisions are in the same channels and in Spanish.

Lots of machines. Took my grandma there to was a big blanket. Lots of different size machines. Just kind of expennsive in my opinion. Pretty fast machines though.

Always clean. If u go early in the morning you will find parking and washers available. The parking is small. I would either go in the morning or late evening
