BE AWARE: they do laundry with RECYCLED WATERS which it’s not 100% hygienic. The clothes stink like drain after being washed in here!! If you don’t use fabric softener you will perceive that your clothes stink to pipe waters. This people has being exposing us to get some bacteria for washing our clothes with contaminated waters. CUIDADO: En esta Lavanderia usan aguas tratadas y la ropa huele a cañería cuando la sacas de la lavadora. Pensé qué tal vez era mi imaginación pero lo comprobé la segunda vez que fui a lavar ahí y no le puse suavizante a la ropa, el olor de las aguas recicladas no se disfraza sin suavizante. También es ilegal que cobran el iva extra cuando pides factura. Por ley, todos los establecimientos tienen precios con el iva incluido, por lo que sí te suben el iva cuando pides factura significa que te lo están aumentando de nuevo. Esas prácticas son ilegales, la evasión de impuestos es un delito @PROFECO Parece que los empleados están acostumbrados a las quejas por las aguas de dudosa procedencia y por la evasión fiscal, tienen una respuesta lista. Es una lástima, pensé que por fin había encontrado una lavandería eficiente con buen trato y excelente servicio, pero no vale la pena exponerse a una infección por las aguas contaminadas que usan.

Excelente opción si estas de viaje y necesitas lavar tu ropa. Tienes opción de autoservicio durante el cual el personal te ayuda a configurar las lavadoras y secadoras. Puedes adquirir detergentes y suavizante ahí mismo. La señorita que me atendió (Aurora) fue muy amable. Se encuentra frente a un OXXO y de la Plaza y Mercado Santiago si quieres ir a dar una vuelta en lo que esperas o comer algo. Me parece muy buena relación calidad/atención/precio. Se puede solicitar factura pero sólo se cuenta con pago en efectivo. Los ciclos de lavado/secado fueron de 30min cada uno. por lo que en lo que cargas y sales tardas 1hr con 15 min u hora y media max.

Ran across this lavanderia on the way to Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique for a cooking class. It looked out of place, with all new equipment and clean environment both inside and out. We went back two days later to try it. We were astonished by the helpfulness and friendliness of the attendant. I can only imagine it was the owner. Not only did she show us how to use the machines but said she would take care of adding the fabric softener when it was time. When we came back earlier than she advised, we found she had already dried and folded our clothes. Thank you many times over!

That’s the place to go if you stay in Merida for an extended period of time and have no access to the washing machine. Clean, bright, and affordable. The ladies working there are very helpful and kind. They offered help with moving out laundry from the washer to the dryer. In total, we spent 157 for a small washer (which can fit an okay size load), dryer, and detergent. If you want you can bring your own. It takes around 1,5 hours for an entire process (washing 45 min + dryer 30)

Wow! That is not the type of service I was expecting from a laundromat. Jessy was very helpful, she suggested to move the clothes from washer to dryer herself so I wouldn’t return for it and made sure to ask which clothes doesn’t need to go in the dryer. Also 15 minutes in the dryer dried all of the clothes better than 30 minutes in some other places. Small washer + quick dryer was 92$.

Achtung Touristen abzocke! Mir wurde für die Wäsche ca. 3 Kg 185 Pesos berechnet. Leider hatte ich keine Ahnung wie die Preise in Mexiko sind und vertraut. Der Normalpreis pro KG liegt bei 16-20 Pesos! Auf keinen Fall dorthin gehen Nachtrag. Und nein die Wäsche war nicht nach einer Stunde fertig! Ich habe sie um 12 Uhr abgeben und konnte sie erst am nächsten Tag um 09:00 Uhr abholen!

La mejor opción para los turistas. En una hora está lista la ropa. Tienes la opción de que la encargada del lugar haga el servicio completo (lavado, secado y doblado) o bien, si eres quisquilloso hacerlo tú mismo. Está cerca del mercado de Santiago así que puedes ir a comer algo mientras se hacen los ciclos. Precio justo para un servicio completo y rápido.

We took two loads to get washed like around 8pm and it was delivered to our hotel the next day early in the morning like around 7am excellent service and our clothes smell really good one of our jeans was like a little humid but the rest of our clothes were clean

The person there was very helpful. Inexpensive, you can buy soap and detergent from them. Across the street from a small plaza and lots of food choices. We went in the evening and got to enjoy some food, rap and salsa concert on a Tuesday.

Llevo mi ropa todo el tiempo... Los horarios son muy buenos de hecho es lo que mas me gusta, igual la opcion de que llegues a lavar por si mismos y ponerle de tu detergente y suavisante, está fantastico. Excelente servicio!!

Reseña octubre 2022. Buen servicio, rápido, precio un poco elevado. Pero creo que es la lavandería con mejores referencias que encontré en Mérida. Me entregaron mi ropa limpia, doblada y sin detalles.

El lugar es muy limpio, cuenta con varias lavadoras y secadoras de varios tamaños. Los precios son justos, el servicio es excelente y la atención del personal es cálida y eficiente. Recomendado.

Creo que el precio es bastante justo y el servicio muy bueno. Clientes; recuerden que dejar propina es agradecer por lo que no pudieron/tuvieron tiempo de hacer. Es muy importante!!
