If i could have the option of not putting any star, i would. The service and the attendency is rubbish You have evidence and want the matters to be taken seriously, they dont even write down your details, nothing, it's like going to bakery shop, wanting to buy bread but it's finished and send you home Really rubbish !!! Very alarming, no wonder why bad things happen in this country.. they just don't take it seriously and this is not what police do i am afraid!

Unhelpful receptionist, very rude and useless. I was treated really badly and rushed. Teach your staff how to deal with people. Information given was contradictory with the website of the police as well Very low quality service and unprofessional. My first experience with the police and at this station. Wont return. We had a lovely experience by change of our address for police registration at this police station. The lady named PAO Jahangir who is originally from Pakistan is very funny and helpful, also very complimentary and friendly. We have a good and welcomed experience. Special thanks to these admirable police officers who work industrious in Covid-19 period.

This Police station has no power to do anything - dogs suffering in hot cars, noise complaints and loud drunks harassing door bless and loud parties until 03.00am - a squirrel being robbed by a field mouse is more important. Or perhaps they were busy on the doughnut run!

Very bad and does not answer their phone. I've tried calling them more than 200 times but it keeps going into voicemail! London police has absolutely no power and government should decrease their salaries until they starts taking people's reports seriously!

Average time for been helped is 3hours. And don't expect nice manners from them. I spoke with two officers, the second officer just told me she was gonna check something for my case and she left for more than 30min. Avoid this place!

Officers need extra training - don’t have a clue what they’re going on about. Don’t know their grounds for making an arrest and don’t even realise it’s unlawful. Is there even training to get into the police force these days?
