I don't usually review places of business but right now I am on cloud nine and just wanted to share with you a great experience that I just had with Rafole Massage. I discovered the business by doing a google search, much like you probably are now. It is close to my home so my wife and I decided to give it a try. While the place doesn't look like much from the outside (located in a strip mall that could use a refresh), the inside was peaceful, immaculate, well-decorated, and had a relaxing 'vibe' to it. We were greeted upon entry by Vicky. Vicky had a welcoming smile, was pleasant, and asked what we'd like. I had a knot in my shoulder that needed worked out and my wife had a stiff neck area so we opted for the deep-tissue 60 minutes massage. Vicky asked if we wanted a 'couples' room, but having done that before, we've found that we do enjoy going into separate rooms more. My wife had Vicky do her massage and I had Kathy. Both were superb. Both will massage as easy or as hard as you like. My wife and I both like it on the 'bring it on hard side' and we were delighted with our requests being honored. We both were walked on as they use poles mounted above the table for balance and it was the first experience that my wife had being walked on and she loved it. Walk is a euphemism of course for what they actually do which is dig one heal on to your pressure points while they balance with their other foot and hold onto the poles. This creates maximum pressure and loosens even the toughest knots. Both Vicky and Kathy asked us if we had any areas that we'd like extra attention paid to and we told them and they paid EXTRA attention to those areas. They also both asked if we would like to include some stretching into the massage. We both accepted and enjoyed the 'loosening up' experience. The massages did last the full hour and we both left feeling like we were floating as all of our knots and tightness were gone. My wife and I will be going back regularly! Nicholas

I am speechless, I brought my mom in without her knowing she was coming in for a massage, she’s been very tense and very stressed, her circulation is very poor… but I’m so glad I came to this location, as soon as I walked in I felt a presence of nothing but tranquility and peace, it smelled so good! I felt so relaxed just sitting down in the lobby. The front desk attendants were so nice and very sweet! I left my mom in their hands and I couldn’t be any happier! we did a 60 minute massage! After the time was over I came back to pick up my mom and I was given such a delicious tea! I drank about half and I dropped it lol I guess I need a massage too! But they were so nice to clean it up and they weren’t bothered at all! Well my mom came out of the massage and she looked completely different! She was so happy and just seeing her smile made my day! Amazing place to get a massage done at! They recently changed their name to Lavender Organic Spa from Rofaole.This is my second time getting a massage ever, and they were able to work out all tensed up locations I had. They were also able to get my boyfriend, his friend, and I all in at last minute. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with great hospitality. Seeing as I was in a really bad car accident back in 2019, all the muscles on my left side were messed up from that. Despite this, they were able to help work out those tender locations from my accident and more! I overall had a great experience. Not to mention too, the ambiance is phenomenal. I will continue to come here and recommend any and all to this location!

Usually don’t write reviews but had to provide this spa the recognition it deserves. Got the 1hr Swedish massage and feel extremely relaxed and limber! The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and caring — my masseuse slightly modified the Swedish to help release some muscle tension and politely checked in to make sure I was doing okay which I really appreciated. Many spa’s I’ve been in the past leave you feeling like you were scammed, but this place definitely treats you well and gives you your money’s worth. If you’re looking for a wellness day to treat yo self, this is the place!!

Its been a while with heavy shoulder and back pain, I google spas near me and I got The Lavender Organic Spa, what a great place to get a great massage by Edie, she was recommended by the front desk gal (thank you). Edie is knowledgeable, professional and AMAZING. I totally revived and helped with my pain in back and shoulders... Please go visit the Lavender Organic Spa, its a very clean, nice place at an affordable price. I will go and visit you again Edie... You are AMAZING! Thank you :)

I have always loved Thai massage and this is the place to go. All the massage therapists are good, but I usually request for Pat since she knows what I need. You get greeted with the lovely scent of essential oils. Then, you get to choose one to give to your massage therapist for your aromatherapy. The rooms are all clean and the restroom too. Too bad, I do not live in the area , and can only go there when I'm in Canoga or in bad need of Pat's healing massage.

Another amazing massage at Lavender Organic Spa! Today I was seen by Lucy. She was kind, professional & left me feeling blissed out & ready to relax for the remainder of my day off! I couldn’t recommend this location & the massage therapist’s enough! I never leave disappointed, no matter who I see here! Definitely a must try spa if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing & efficient environment! Don’t forget to drink your tea, it’s delicious!!!

My wife and I were in town visiting relatives and were looking for massages on short notice. Rafole was able to get us both in at the same time. We got the 60-minute Thai Swedish combo massage. It was amazing! Kathy was my masseuse. She was so supportive and professional. I have sciatica which is very painful. She was careful to take extra care with my hip throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoy coming here. I usually go with Apple and she is great about giving me really firm pressure the way I like it. At one point she was going on a month vacation and she gave my advice and tips to tell the next masseuse so I would have the best time. Also, they give you the most delicious beverage after your massage. If I'm honest, 5-10% of me wants to go every time just for the chocolate and drink at the end!

Decent price for a great massage. It's nice that they ask you what you want and don't want. Their cash price is less than paying with card so know that before you go. Not sure why it cost more to pay with Venmo because that's not typically a charge to use. Paying with cash is a bit more of an annoyance. Everyone is super nice and they take COVID protocol seriously. It's clean. I like that!

Wow. I’ve been hopping from place to place trying to find a worthwhile deep tissue massage and this is the spot! Reasonable price, clean, and excellent massage. The practitioner clearly knew EXACTLY what they were doing to help systematically release some trouble spots. I returned for a follow up visit a week later to make the changes stick. I felt like a million bucks afterwards.

I have to say that having a masseuse with nails is not the best experience. She was professional but I could feel her nails when she was massaging my body. Also when she moved My head, the towels or anything else. It was very aggressive and did not gentle. I felt like a puppet. It wasn't very relaxing experience that it should be. The tea was great. That is for sure.

They have redone the spa. The location is okay (in a strip mall) with parking underground. The spa itself is nice on the inside- clean. The service is okay. I am just bummed because I asked for deep tissue with a lot of pressure and the lady I had did not give me what I asked for. I will still be going back and continue to recommend this place to others.

If you're looking for a legit awesome massage location look no further. all the staff are legitimately license and know what they're doing. let them know what body part hurts and they will take care of it. They are awesome. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are a lot better. They have a rewards program 4 repeat customers which is awesome.

Hands down the BEST massage I had! My friend visited from San Diego and when her session finished she ran out saying “ This is the BEST massage I ever had in my life “ The place is clean and beautiful the staff is friendly and they even offered us hot tea and chocolate at the end of the session. This is my favorite massage place. All of the therapists are very skilled. The combo massage has it all! Back walking, hot stone, Swedish and stretching. I love coming here once a week and get the 90 minute. I always tip the highest because they deserve every penny. Thank you for putting your heart into your hands.

Had such a lovely experience getting a massage at Lavender Organic Spa! I honestly didn’t have high expectations from this place, as it seems to be a bit of a hole-in-the-wall from the outside. Had to come here to say I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall great vibes here.

I have been to this spa more than 3 times. Its close by my home. They are accomodating on last minute appt. The parking is not great. Price is affordable. Its clean in the building. Its relaxing and the place is tucked in a corner like a hidden gem.

Massage was all over the place. She was so quick with her hands like the faster she massaged, the faster the time would go by. Also I was cheated about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't a very relaxing massage.
