I’ve used this service several times with moderate service at best. Each time I pay the extra fee for my laundry to be returned in a new fresh clean bag and each time it’s returned in the same bag that I send my dirty laundry in. I’ve tried even including another clean tote with a note - this has not ever worked. The last time I scheduled service thé courrier showed up over an hour early. What is the point of scheduling a time window when it’s not honored at all. Your laundry is returned clean, sometimes still damp-ish and not ever neatly folded. Your socks are not matched and are just put back in the bag. For the premium you pay I’d expect my laundry to be returned professionally folded and socks matched at the bare minimum. Today was the final straw. I reserved a 9am pick up time days in advance. 9am came and went. I called at 10am to be told they tried to reach me to let me know there was no 9am time available. I had no voicemails or emails indicating this. I called to ask what was happening and was told they were sorry and would send someone before 12pm. I rearranged everything to wait again. It is now 1pm and still no one showed up. I was told a delivery person came at 10am and wasn’t able to contact me. I was in my apartment with my phone on, and near my door. No one knocked, called or buzzed. This has caused a huge inconvenience in my day and I now have to spend hours at the laundry. Because it is one of the only services in Paris I’ll probably use them again, but if you’re looking for a stress free laundry experience this is not it.

What a frustrating experience. I submitted an order on their website for laundry the next day. I did not receive confirmation, so I emailed them. Zoe responded quickly saying they could not do pickup and delivery the next day. So I took an uber to drop laundry off. When I was there I asked about whether they could drop back off at the hotel and the person there said maybe. He would get back to me before the end of the day. Zoe then emailed me later saying they could deliver the next day between noon-1pm. She said they would send a link for payment. The next day came around and no link for payment. By 1pm the clothes had not been delivered, and we leave town the next day at 9am. So I emailed Zoe, no response. I called, no answer...had to leave a voicemail. Someone called me back, but did not understand english well. Said my order was not on his delivery list for today. UGH. He called me back after talking with Zoe and said they could deliver between 7-9pm. But would they really? If they didn't, I would have no way of getting my laundry before we left town. Since they had already failed the first time for delivery, I couldn't trust they would again. So I had to abandon my family and take an uber over to pickup the clothes and take back to the hotel. Very frustrating lack of communication and not doing what they said they would. Very disappointing. I wish my experience was more like the other reviewers.

J'ai commencé à utiliser le service de retrait et livraison à domicile, et au début tout allait bien et c'était très pratique. Puis le service s'est dégradé : les livreurs m'appelaient systématiquement lorsque j'étais encore au travail car ils avaient parfois plus d'une heure d'avance pour retirer le linge chez moi, par contre ils étaient toujours en retard pour me le rendre (parfois, de plusieurs heures, sans me donner de nouvelles). En plus de ces couacs, les tarifs ont fortement augmenté au fil des années... Pour finir même par arnaquer le client sur le poids du linge : lors de mes deux dernières commandes, on m'a fait payer des suppléments pour soit disant des kilos de linge en trop, alors que je pesais tout consciencieusement. Ils pesaient en fait mon linge en comptant le poids de la valise, donc forcément ça faisait des kilos en plus... (mais ils ont complétement ignoré mon message lorsque je leur ai expliqué, et j'ai du payer quand même un supplément de 15€ pour récupérer mes affaires!!). D'ailleurs, lors de ma dernière commande, le livreur m'a tout simplement oubliée... et c'est le gérant qui a du me déposer mes affaires à 22h! Bref, une équipe pas très professionnelle, et pas très honnête non plus, je déconseille....

Cela fait plusieurs mois que j’utilise Laverie Privée et j’en suis très contente. Le site est très facile d’utilisation et pour la réservation des créneaux aussi.. Très professionnel j’utilise surtout pour les draps couettes etc .., je prends la formule « lavé séché plié » j’ai vraiment l’impression que ça a été repassé c’est formidable il n’y a plus qu’à ranger dans l’armoire et rapport qualité/prix c’est très bien ! Quant à toute l’équipe ils sont d’une gentillesse rare et c’est appréciable de plus les livreurs sont toujours ponctuels avec le sourire et toujours un petit mot amical bref c’est le rêve et ils ont changé ma vie. Plus besoin de porter et aller rechercher les draps dans une laverie (surtout que je suis handicapée) et les aides à domicile n’ont pas le temps de tout faire donc c’est une excellente idée qu’ils ont eue. Vous avez compris je ne peux que recommander cette équipe de jeunes qui méritent de réussir. Merci à eux tous Maryté A

Using this service was extremely easy. I used them because of the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I am traveling with my family of 4 hitting multiple weeks in Europe. I did not want to pay the ridiculous charges imposed by the hotel to having laundry wash and folded. I simply do not see the value in spending $6 to was a pair of socks. I called the number on the website. I spoke with Sam who immediately sent me a text with their email address. I emailed my requirements (Pick up and delivery), dates, clothing amount (roughly by weight). Once this was put in place, I simply left my bag of dirty laundry with the hotel concierge. Laundry was picked up between 9-10 AM and was returned to my hotel by the time we came back from dinner. The laundry was washed perfectly and folded neatly. I was impressed by the great service, responsiveness and quality of the work. I truly hope I can find another service like this in other parts of Europe.

I can't rave enough about this place. So Awesome. After traveling for 15 days we needed our cloths washed for our next 15 days vacation. I found this place on line and when we arrived in Paris I contacted Matt. I put 4 men's jeans, 10 men's shirts, 7 men's underwear, 17 sets of socks, 14 ladies tops, 15 ladies pants, 1 PJ set in a large suitcase along with 50E for payment, and left it with the luggage hold at our hotel. I text him a copy of the hold ticket. Matt picked it up around 11am and by 8 pm the cleaned, folded cloths arrived. They smelled so good and everything was there, even some change...it did not even cost 50E. What a deal, I was so excited I found him. I wish there was more companies like his to find while traveling. Great job Matt! I know you will be so successful in life!!!! Great customer service!!!

Warning: don’t count on this place if you need same day. The delivery driver delivered all my clothes to some random guy’s apartment in a different neighborhood than my hotel. I spent the morning of my flight running around Paris trying to track everything down. I finally obtained it and we nearly missed our flight to Prague (only one per day out of Orly) and had to spend another night in Paris. The voice on the other end of the phone did his best to help and was apologetic. However he then stopped responding after I asked if he would consider a refund for my time and trouble.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive. We were in Paris for a week and it was a huge relief to have the services of Laverie Privee. We filled out a simple order form on their website, made a secure payment and our laundry was collected from and dropped off at our hotel reception. We received email notifications regarding the status of our order. They were easily contactable via email (multiple languages including English). I normally wouldn’t review a laundry service but this has been such an effortless, stress-free experience. I booked through the website and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Zoe answered all my questions quickly beforehand. They offered Eco-friendly detergent at no extra cost. And the delivery/pick-up guys were super sweet and cheerful! They understood/spoke English which was great because let’s be fair, my French isn’t great. What a relief not to have to worry about laundry being lost or damaged during my extended stay. I had a great experience with them! We were in Paris for 8 days and were traveling on for another week, so I desperately needed laundry done. I contacted them on Sunday and Thomas got back to me right away. Our laundry was picked up from our hotel on Monday morning and dropped back off the same day with no extra fee as Tuesday was a holiday in France. Everything was folded perfectly and smelled great! And for two people it was only €35! I am so grateful to have found them (thanks to Google reviews), and I hope to be able to use them again in the future.

We were recently in Paris for a family vacation and due to an itinerary change needed to have laundry for our whole family completed in one day. I called first thing in the morning, they picked our bags up from our hotel an hour or so later and had it all back in our room and folded perfectly by the time we returned. We didn’t miss a minute of our plans and everyone commented on nice the detergent scent is that they use. I can’t recommend their service enough. We will absolutely plan ahead next time to use this service. A+

Used this service on a family trip to Paris. MUCH cheaper than paying by the item at the hotel plus they did same day service. I emailed them on a Sunday, and they got back to me Monday morning for same-day service. I called them on the phone, and they said to just leave the clothes at the reception desk and that they’d process my order and send a payment link. We are on a 1 month summer vacation from the U.S. and decided to try this laundry service. Everything from beginning to end went smoothly. The service was excellent (extremely clean and neatly folded clothes), the price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly. The benefit of using this type of laundry service is that you don’t have to wait for hours at the laundromat. You simply drop off/schedule a pick up for the clothes and have it returned by either the evening or the next morning. Fantastic service!

Since we have been in Europe for a month we managed to accumulate quite a bit of clothes that needed washing, upon arriving in Paris a quick google search brought up Laverie Privee and how great there service was. I called on a national holiday and Thomas picked right up and was extremely helpful with arranging pick up and drop off from our hotel. The clothes were picked up, dropped off within 24 hours and everything was neatly folded and clean! Very happy with the service and highly recommend! Amazing job!

Dropped off laundry late morning at their shop and they returned to my hotel in the evening. When called the person I spoke to spoke English and was able to answer my questions. We had originally intended to pick up ourselves but when dropped off they said could return deliver to us. The reason we didn't have them pick up was we called too late in the morning (was after 9am) for same day service. Excellent value and service. English website and also available via WhatsApp.

We used Laverie Privee while in Paris last week. We had originally planned to do laundry through our hotel, but the prices were astronomical. I contacted Laverie Privee at 7:00 at night via email, and they responded so quickly that they were able to pick up our laundry by 8:30 that evening from our hotel desk while we were out to dinner. Our laundry was returned to us by noon the next day - washed, dried, and folded. Perfect service, highly responsive, and great value!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in europe with just a carry-on each and thankfully we were able to find Laverie Privee in Paris where we were able to easily wash AND folded all our clothes for the second half of the trip. Communication was easy and we left our bag of laundry at the front desk of our hotel and picked it up at night after our day of sightseeing Paris. We highly recommend their services and will use it again when we return to Paris in the future!

Fantastic service! I am visiting from the United States and needed some laundry done during my trip. I was able to schedule a pickup and drop-off the same day from my hotel, and the clothes arrived clean and folded as expected. The customer support was fantastic- I emailed confirming the pickup and got a response within 10 minutes. They even let me know when the clothes were dropped off at my hotel. Our family of 4 used Laverie Privee's wash-and-fold service on Day 7 of our European vacation and we were so pleased with the responsiveness and quality of our completed order. I used their website to schedule the pickup and dropoff. They were very easy to communicate with via email. We emailed each other in English, which was so helpful since we don't speak French, unfortunately. We'll definitely use this service again on our next trip to Paris!

This shop is totally not reliable at all! We booked their service to collect our clothes. The email said they will drop by between 5pm to 6pm. We waited till 7pm and no one came. Tried calling and emailing them but no response. We have pre paid 30 Euros for the collection. And now we are stranded with a pile of dirty clothes. Still no response from the shop. They do not even deserve a 1 star. We are still waiting for them to refund the 30 Euros.

This was a last minute request for laundry pick-up and delivery to our hotel as I only found them the day before we left but they were able to pick up our laundry at about 3pm and got it back to us before 8pm the same day! Clothes were delivered even before payment was made. Really happy with the service! Clothes were folded nicely too. Our family was vacationing in France and needed serviced laundry (wash-dry-fold service) to reduce our luggage. We used Laverie Privee once and we are happy with the service. We spent a few days in Paris midway through a longer trip in Europe, and having this laundry service available to wash clothes halfway through the trip was a lifesaver. We had some laundry to do last minute and phoned laundry Privée to help. The guy who answered the phone spoke excellent English and they picked up the laundry that very day. The next day it arrived back in a bag, all neatly folded. We will definitely use them again! BTW, we put the light and dark clothes in different bags to help them.

A little small but very effective. Mid-morning wash and there were plenty of open machines. Some instructions in English. When I was there, only coins were accepted for drying your laundry so bring a few. If you can take the time, it is definitely cheaper than hotel laundry.

On vacation in Europe, and we were out of clean clothes. The reviews spoke highly of Lavey Livrey and I walked over there, laundry bag over my shoulder. Within hours, our laundry was clean, dry, and so neatly folded that I couldn't be happier. Five very enthusiastic stars.
