I booked in with Martine at Lavish hair after researching hairdresser's in Bristol as I wanted a change and a salon that could provide extra treatments such as Olaplex and read good things about Lavish. With lockdown hair of varying hues I had a consultation to go from brownish back to blonde. Martine was very informative and honest about the process and advised me that the look I wanted to achieve would take a few sessions. At the appointment Martine was lovely and friendly and put me at ease straight away. After a good few hours I walked out with beautifully neat and natural highlights and a base to the colour I eventually want to achieve. Lovely friendly customer service from all staff, very professional and honest and keen to give the customer exactly what they want. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Super nice nails done by lovely lady called Daisy (sorry if not spelled correctly). They even brought me a nice infusion selected a la carte and in Japanese teapot (such a treat) with a smile. The only fact I gave 4 star is because there was a blonde colleague which clearly didn't understood I was in rush and Daisy was trying to speed up the payment process for me. She was answering in such attitude, that made me go away bitter (not fair on all the other workers which were kind and super friendly). Still will go back again because the gel they use is also very great and lasted a whole month at least for me! Thank you

I took the plunge and went from hip length to shoulder length today. Sara was absolutely amazing! She helped me save the hair to donate to The Little Princess Trust, she was infinitely patient while I figured out what I wanted (I’ve never had short hair before), and even went back at the end to change something when I changed my mind. She was so lovely and I adore my new haircut (even though I was super nervous). 10 out of 10, would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a lash tint and went back a few weeks later for a lift and tint pre holiday, they called on the day to move my appointment as one of the staff was off with covid- no problem for me and I really appreciated that they didn’t just cancel it. The owner of the salon was covering all her appointments and did an amazing job and was great throughout, I’ve been really chuffed with it. Will definitely go back!

When visiting the salon I always go to see Martine she has being doing my hair for years now and it’s perfect every time, just how I ask for it to be done. The colour always lasts really well and I always get a warm friendly welcome when I arrive. Martine always has a big smile on her on face and makes feel relaxed. She keeps my hair in good condition and keeps it looking shiny and healthy. Thank you.

Absolutely love Lavish. Such friendly staff and great environment to beautify your soul! I could not believe they got the red I wanted when most hairdresser say it's not achievable so I was amazed I got the right red I wanted!! Also got my eye brows tinted and nails done and it was A++ every time I am in Bristol I will only go to Lavish because of the amazing staff there. See you in July!

I've been getting my hair cut and coloured at Lavish for ages and the brilliant staff never let me down! Couldn't go for a few years because I did a stint of living in London and try as I might couldn't find such a lush atmosphere and great service anywhere else. I have thick wavy hair and Martine is so good at managing the mane. Have recommended lots friends and will continue to do so ❤️

Really great little salon with friendly staff. Shelli has been doing my wax for years - it’s pretty painless and she always does a great job. I’ve recently started having pedicures ready for the summer…my dry skin from my heels has gone and I always come out feeling pampered and super relaxed.

I’ve been visiting Lavish for years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Shelli and the team are all amazing at what they do, I’ve had my nails, hair and waxing done here. The salon is really inviting and they’re always looking for new treatments to bring in! I highly recommend!

Excellent gel nails manicure! They have lasted much longer then others I've previously had and they prepare your nails properly using an emery board and now an electric file. I can't wait to get back and try out there other facilities! …

I just got my hair done, I love it .They have excellent costumer service, I wish I had asked for her name she was really sweet ( silver hair) The atmosphere is very laid back , the decor is stunning and I can't wait to go there again

This is my favourite place to go to relax! All of the staff are lovely and very warm and welcoming. Its a beautiful place and is very reasonably priced with quality treatments/hair every time. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had a pre-motherhood pampering session and booked a haircut with Martine and pedicure service with Shelli. Both were really good and accomodating. Genuine friendly and helpful beauticians. Look forward to visiting again!

Lavish is great! Shelli draws you in with her perfectionist nail painting and before you know it you are also having your eyebrows waxed, your lashes lifted and your hair cut! Thanks team.

Great waxing from Shelly! Once went to Harvey Nichols and it was horrendous but ever since I have been seeing Shelly at Lavish and don't feel a thing! Highly recommend!
