I think it’s fitting that I’m writing this on Thanksgiving, because I will forever be thankful and grateful for everything Mr. Mann and his assistant, Maria, did for me. I’m writing this review, not just because I think Mr. Mann deserves it, which he does. More importantly, I’m writing this positive review because Mr. Mann has earned it. He earned it through his knowledge of the law, dedication, persistence and patience ( I was not the easiest client). Mr. Mann’s motto is, “You made a mistake. Don’t let it ruin your life.” I made a mistake. One that I will regret the rest of my life. I thought I was going to lose everything—my job, my home, my livelihood. Everything I’ve worked so hard to obtain. With so much at stake, I needed an attorney who would, and trying not to be over dramatic, save my life. After reading reviews on-line. I felt Mr. Mann was the best person to represent me. I was not wrong. From our initial meeting, Mr. Mann gave me the peace of mind that he was going to do everything in his power to fight for me. When things looked bleak and I was thinking of the worst possible outcome, Mr. Mann kept fighting for me. As he states on his bio, “I do not accept it when the government is telling me that ‘this is the way it is.’ I go out and fight for my client’s rights.” He did just that. When I wanted to settle for what I thought was the best possible deal. He told me to be patient. That he could do better. Even though at times it seemed like an eternity, Mr. Mann always had my best interest. He was able to do the impossible and settle my case with terms that exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for an attorney who will fight for you, listen to you, care for you and never settle, Mr. Mann will not disappoint.

I was in jail facing a serious felony and six misdemeanors. At first I had a public defendor, who told me my offer was 5 years prison with possibility of probation. That's when I figured I really needed a lawyer. I was already supposed to stay out of trouble and they did not want to even give me bail. Mr. Mann fought hard for me though(it was like something out of a TV show) and got me out as soon as possible. Which I really, really appreciated. When it all came to a close I was charged with a gross misdemeanor and time served (about three weeks). I had two other cases, that were a lot more serious. Each with over 8 serious felonies and Mr Mann got both those cases dismissed. It is such a relief to not have that hanging over my head everyday. If you're looking around for a lawyer Mr. Mann is a great option. You can tell him the truth about your situation without feeling judged and he doesn't act as if he's better than you. (Which I couldn't say about most of the lawyers I spoke to while searching for the best option.) His legal secretary, Maria, is great too. She ALWAYS answers the phone and always has an answer to your question. You wont ever get swept under the rug or forgotten. He takes every case seriously, as long as you do too.

Joel Mann is an attorney I will always recommend! My husband and I worked with Mr. Mann (and his assistant, Maria) for around 2 years. Their office is like a well-oiled machine. We were always treated with dignity and respect, but my biggest praise is for their supreme level of communication. Maria and Joel communicate seamlessly. I talked with Maria quite a bit, and every message was correctly communicated for Joel to address when he was out of court. Likewise, every conversation we had with Mr. Mann involved him being honest and open with us about what was going on in our case. He let us know what choices we had and explored each of those choices with us. We knew what was required of us for each option, and he didn't shy away from asking us pivotal questions so that we could be confident in our decisions. Mr. Mann is not an arrogant man, but he is an extremely talented attorney, and his confidence made us feel like we were standing on a rock instead of shifting sands.

Beware this guy does not have your best interest in mind. He was extremely rude to me AND my mother. Only after we paid him of course. I had only been 18 for 2 months when I hired him and he treated me like a criminal and talked very condescending to me. He would get upset if I didn’t agree with the conditions of the deal he was getting me , when I was in fact innocent and didn’t believe I should take any deal. I vividly remember him raising his voice at me telling me what a “sweet deal” it is and that I’d be dumb not to take it. Then I find out later, my friend who was involved in the case and had the EXACT same charges as me, got an even better “Sweet Deal” with a court appointed attorney. I am 30 now and can’t ever even imagine talking in such a degrading way to an 18 year old with no prior criminal history. Hire someone else.

Joel Mann and Maria are the best legal team you can find in LV. They handled my case for a year without me having to be present in court until my last court date. I am in a whole different state so this was a major convenience for me especially as a business owner, I can't just get up and go. Mann got my case DISMISSED with video evidence! I am currently getting the arrest removed from my record, so it will be like it never happened. I will be forever grateful for this! I found myself in a difficult legal situation recently and I had never hired or needed a lawyer before. The only complaint I could possibly have was limited communication, but you can't really argue with the overall result. Mr. Mann was great got my cased dismissed on the second court appearance for negotiations. I am out of state and didn't have to appear at all.
