After waiting over a month fornmy appointment date, the day before Thanksgiving I get a message saying they had to cancel my appointment. I tried calling them back the same day, but was forced to wait on hold for 15minutes each attempt. I received another message the Monday directly after the holiday confirming my appointment. I had no idea if I was going or not. I again tried all day to contact the office on Monday and left TWO messages... no response. Finally on Tuesday, my actual appointment day, I got through on my lunch hour and they said I could either go in for 1:30 pm or they s have to reschedule. I demanded an appointment within 5 days time being that I waited over a month and they could not accommodate me. While the women in the office are lovely, I wouldn't waste my time with this office because they do not value yours at all. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

I should have listen to the negative reviews before coming here the Doctor himself was nice but his staff is another story, waited three weeks for results so I decided to call and all I got was attitude and when I ask to make an appointment with the doctor I was asked why? Well like most people id rather have my results explained to me by a doctor not the receptionist who doesn't wanna be bothered not to mention its none of her business, do yourself a favor find another office, wish I did.

Very difficult to get an appointment with Dr Mancino. Staff very unfriendly and nasty. If you leave your number nobody calls back. I was finally able to speak with a staff member to make appointment and when I expressed my frustrations for not being able to make appointment for the past month she hung up on me. Very rude and inefficient staff. They all need to be replaced with more professional individuals.

Stay away. I called to do an appointment on the colonoscopy and heard that the doctor accepts only on the phone and that I have to wait a few weeks for him to call me. I agreed and I regret it. This pseudo doctor called in early April and promised a colonoscopy in April. It's December already. (probably insurance charged me for his phone call 'visit' as well).

Dr. Mancino is excellent. A fantastic and caring doctor. However most of the office staff while excelling in giving the runaround isn’t very good at all. The individual that is in charge of the insurance pre authorizations is beyond useless. Waiting months she never returns calls never submits the paperwork. Maybe a replacement for this person is in order

My wife trying to get right medication over 1.5 years. She did 1 endoscopy, 2 times colonoscopy and several times special blood work. Several doctor appointments. It looks like they just want test, appointment, procedures. Never work to give you medications. Jenin never call back, never reply or contact to Insurance for authorization.

A wonderful doctor. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have been seeing him ever since he discovered irregularities in my colon many, many years ago. Had subsequent surgery which may have saved my life. The surgeon was amazed that Dr. Mancino was able to obtain tissue for biopsy from a very difficult to reach spot.

me and my family has been going to Dr Mancino for years every time me and my family has been to Doctor Mancino office we never had a bad experience he is a great doctor he explains everything to you so that you under stand whats going on and his staff is very helpful i would recommend Doctor Mancino to any one

I have had my colonoscopy done by him about 3 years ago, my parents go him as well. Very nice doctor & staff as well, I will be making a new appointment with him very soon and I would recommend him to my family and friends anytime.
