Bought hero electro from couple months back from Laxmi store Sindhi Bhavan. I gave bicycle for small repairs and it came back with even more damages. They took more than a week to repair very small problem. Pathetic service and even price is ridiculously high on there each and very cycles. Don't buy from this store. Owner is stupid. When there are selling they talk sugar coated stuff but but when you go for service they just want your money.

worst and the rudest staff... would recommend any other cycle shop over this.. was a loyal customer of other branch but this branch has no attention towards potential customers and have worst cycle collection currently.. overall a really bad experience for me. Upset from laxmi cycle didn't expect this.

Decent bicycle store with nice collection of MTB, Hybrid and Road bikes. Bike accessories like lights, apparels, locks, bottle holders, seat covers, bags etc are also available at reasonably prices. Staff is courteous and good in customer dealing. Kids cycles are also available here.

I hv purchased bycycle 6months back and hardly ride due to lockdown. The cycle stand has broken. We took service and it charged 450 rs. They changed stand which cost 350 rs. And no guarantee. Not at all happy with the service and quality.
