Fantastic shop, great customer service and a pretty good range of products to purchase from. The Team Member that served us was a pleasurable person. Nothing seemed too hard, they hit an item down and moved it around so we could get a feel of how it would look as we were uncertain as to the size for the spot we had in mind. We purchased more than originally intending but again that was due to the range they had. Great store, great people.

Rang to see if they had the mugs I wanted in stock for as a gift, as I couldn't get them locally. They had them in stock and shipped them to me that day Monday. They arrived at my place Wednesday morning. Thank you to Chloe for her exceptional customer service taking my order and finding mugs while I was on the phone and posting them before they closed.

We come here for almost all birthdays and any occasion where a gift is needed. Their range is incredible, and the store is set out into occasions as well ie. Homewares, mother, father, friend, wedding, engagement, children etc. They also offer free gift wrapping which is so so handy!

Very cute and has a variety of candles and oils. Very busy over Christmas and New year. But I would imagine it would be quite during the year. But for special occasions they would have some thing for everyone. Well done guys.

Perfect for buying gifts for all occasions that you wouldn’t have even thought of! Competitively priced and the loveliest staff members around. I always buy my candles from these ladies - smells amazing and lasts for hours!

Some really unique things in this shop, as far as gift shops go this one certainly gives you a broad choice. They are always changing things around and keeping it fresh. Prices are pretty good, sometime a little too high :)

Lazy Frog has so many beautiful pieces in store - it's impossible to walk out without something! The staff are all wonderful & helpful; Pakenham is lucky to have something so good, so local.
