I’ve brought a couple pairs of pants here to be tailored and hemmed. The owner is knowledgeable but very slow. My most recent visit, I took in 3 pairs of pants. 2 were completed within 2 weeks. I’m still waiting on the last pair after 6 weeks. I visit weekly to pick them up because the response from the owner is always “one more week”. I’m starting to wonder if the pants are even at the tailor at this point. Very unfortunate customer service from a woman who seems very lovely.

I had an event I was invited to last minute. I needed a jacket refreshed dry cleaned. Every cleaner I called declined to help until I called here. Kim said yes and within an hour my jacket looked and smelled like new. I strongly feel this little gem is the best Cleaner in town. Micheal The Designer's Wflowers

The lady owner is very nice, but they should really improve customer service. My $500 gown was ruined with some foreign color, and they did not even bother to offer a refund or apologize. They cleaned it again, but the color stayed.
