I went into this store two days ago knowing I wanted a dutch oven, but thinking more. Reader note, with COVID-19, they require a mask to enter the store, and I personally super appreciated that. Nancy was working and she started assisting me with my questions, showing me the product, talking me through her cooking (she’s Italian, so I was all ears), and informing me of how to make a wise decision in the pieces I wanted to purchase. There was never any pressure to buy, and in fact, there were many times where Nancy stepped aside to let me browse, touch and compare the product. Again, super appreciated. The whole buying experience was amazing, mostly due to Nancy’s support. She is filling in from the Allen store, but highly recommend working with her if visiting this store. As far as the product goes, I’ve wanted new cookware for a decent amount time. After buying and making a few things with this cookware, I have to say that it is amazing and worth the cost. It heats up super fast, has incredible heat distribution and cleans up very well, all without the worry of getting some non-stick surface chipping/flaking off into my food! I made a peach cobbler in the stone braising dish and it was superb. I have made a couple jams (peach and cherry) in the dutch oven and even canned in the 12Qt stock pot. Can’t wait to continue to enjoy this for many years to come!!

06/25/22- called the store and spoke with Rachael who was very nice and helpful. She gave me accurate information on what they had in stock and was even measuring the sizes of things for me while on the phone. When I got to the store another lady helped me out (never saw her name tag) and she was very knowledgeable about le creuset. She pulled out a lot of different Dutch ovens and we compared them side by side. I was in there for about an hour and a half during the closing hours and never felt rushed and she was happy to help me the whole time. I ended up purchasing the 5 1/2 quart round Dutch oven in the original flame color. I was also given a very nice sheet pan as a gift with my purchase. I bought my Dutch oven on Saturday, and at the time of writing this on tuesday, I have already used it five times. I absolutely love my Le creuset Dutch oven and you will too. Great store, great employees, and great brand.

A very nice experience, one new sales associate and one experience sales associate both so very helpful and nice, some training was taking place and both were excited and amazing! It's not often these days seeing people wanting to do a good job or taking a initiative to learn! Both people should me the pandemic didn't steal good workers ! I also am in the service/retail industry and finding good people who want to make a honest living has become rare .... your staff was amazing!

Richard was so amazing and patient and took the time to help me pick out pots that worked with my budget and lifestyle! He also helped me find an extra item that would qualify me for the free honey pot, but made sure it was something I needed. I highly recommend coming here!!

The 2 products that bought 1 I didn’t receive only !! They provide the most bad customer support and I never received the item missing! Bad experience and the message that i received was only apologize!!!! What Go to Hell!!!

I’ve purchased from this location several times, and I’m not a fan of places where employees hover around you, and every time you touch something they ask if you have a question about the product. No, I just want to look at it.

Elizabeth helped me too and she was so wonderful! She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic. Her love for the brand got me excited. Thanks for educating me on everything Le Creuset. I learned so much and love my new goodies!

A store associate made us uncomfortable by hovering around us while we tried to shop. My husband and I were the only people in the store at the time...Very strange.

Great product. The store isn't welcoming. The attendant was off-standish. The prices are too high to be at an Outlet Mall.
