Almost gave 3 stars due to the lackluster service (counter staff never says thank you for coming or thank you when I leave tips, they just drop the food on the counter , say the name of the food and walk off. Today I ordered a bunch of stuff and had to ask them for a bag because they didn’t think to ask me if I needed one or not) but the food and variety of options keeps it 4 stars for me. I wish the people who worked here would show a little more grace when people give them their business and when we leave tips. It’s to the point now where im probably just going to stop tipping them altogether on hot sandwich orders and stuff like that… I recommend the croissant bacon egg and cheese as well as the lamb merguez baguette sandwich, you can add brie to it or other cheeses for $1 extra. They used to carry this cured sliced duck that I loved but They are not carrying it at the moment. The space is super narrow such that if theres a bunch of people there it can be a bit uncomfortable. Its narrower than most bodegas I would say.

Mixed feelings. On the one hand, it is super exciting to have a french delicacies place in the neighborhood (they stock imported cheeses and variety of french products which i was not able to find in regular stores). On the other hand, there were several flies flying around and sitting on their good lookiibg breads and pastries without any attention from the staff- it prevented my from buying. But i ordered a crepe with mushrooms and cheese to go. It was big, delicious and also had a bunch of salad on the side (but salad could use more thorough wash imho). It was my 2 meals size so i saved a half for later. Want to be back to try tarts which look awesome but concerned about the flies situation..

If you looking for some delicious dessert you want delicious bread, like a good authentic French baguette . Go there! This place( their pastries and baguette) becomes my new sweet heaven . Try their Creme brûlé BEST I EVER HAD! so light not too sweet. We had mini tartsYUMM YUMM!!! French Baguette can be eaten by itself . Sooooo good. Prices are reasonable for the quality your getting. Definitely recommend, and definitely will go back

This cute little shop is very French and very good. It is filled to the brim with every type of French baked good and pastry you could ever imagine. I love their croissant sandwiches but I’m sure everything else is also amazing as well. The staff are friendly and very kind. I would highly recommend this spot if you’re around Brooklyn Heights and want a quality snack.

I was attracted by the sign outside says “best croissant in NY” so I decided to give it a try. I got a mini one and an opera cake. The cake was good, about the average, pretty classic. The croissant is the same. Layers looked beautiful, it was crispy outside but not that soft or chewy inside. Would like to try the tart next time.

I ordered a black and sweet coffee. The coffee was definitely not sweet. My sandwich was ok. I just didn't like the fact it was falling apart. I also wasn't happy that with the fact that area is a lil more upper class I would believe to

Got a pretty good fresh raspberry tart and mini baguette sandwich here. Both were pretty delicious. They had an amazing selection of pastries and breads, and I wish I had time and money to try them all, but honestly, the staff was very

Happy to say that we have a new weekend routine… Saturday morning stops at this amazing new French bakery in Brooklyn Heights! The croissants are amazing, as are the baguettes. Our son is a big fan of the sweet crepes, too.

Dropped by to taste their croissant and came away with a chocolate madeleine, raspberry tart and the croissant. A++ All fresh, flavorful and the croissant wins in all categories. Pleasant staff too!

My favorites so far. Croissants, the best. The pecan tart, the best. And any flavor of quiche, plus the baguette. Oh. And the almond croissant. Love love love.

Nice bakery which also offers a variety of grocery products from France. Would recommend their pastries as they have everything you can think of.

Small deli with a nice assortment of French foods including croissants and other pastries. A little sweet for me tastes though.

  • Tristan Hidalgo

My go-to for affordable breakfast and lunch options, plus lots of well-made pastries, coffee, and a small variety of groceries.

So happy this is in the neighborhood now! Truly one of the best croissants I’ve ever had. The multi berry tart was great too!

Maybe they were having an off day but I was incredibly disappointed by the food. I ordered two Madelines and both were dry.

Came early for a fresh baguette. The baguette was cold and hard enough to break teeth. Do you sell old bread to customers??

  • Dahiana Rosario

Excellent customer service. Prices are decent. The fruit tart was good. I wish it could have a space room to sit.

  • Garrett Ward

Absolutely outstanding. The sandwiches, croissants, coffee are all terrific.
