I went here to get my grandmothers heirloom ring fixed. I went back twice with issues with it. It has been fixed terribly. I am extremely upset. The tips were repaired with a different gold (suspected 9ct, the ring is 18ct). I was also charged $300 to repair 1 claw tip, I have since been informed that this guy totally fleeced me. The ruby doesn't even sit straight anymore. The claws aren't even. I have visited another jeweller to double check my suspicions. I will be taking this further.
