Although the employees who serve customers at the counter were very polite and nice, i think their grooming service is adequately ineficient. The reason for this was that although there were less than 10 dogs before mine, it was already more than 5 hours and still have they not reached my dog. I am not saying grooming is easy but when they have mentioned that their shop would be closed at 6pm, and with an almost fully-booked popularity especially during the weekends with more dogs coming a little after my pooch, i had half expected them to pick up the pace in order to complete grooming before closing time. Yet, lo and behold, my dog is nervously waiting in her designated, claustrophobic cage that they have stacked upon one dog another. I would also like to comment on the way they handle situations while grooming. First of all, while the dogs are nervously howling and whining right after they are forced into the cage, i had caught them more than once while i was picking out treats for my furry sister, even while their enclosed grooming space was blasting extremely loud mandarin songs from the radio, they would shout at the dogs to shut up. Maybe i am being bias or that i have watched too many Dog Whisperer episodes, but for me, i feel that they do not deserve that. If u really thought they were noisy and annoying, then pick up your pace and do good job obviously. Since a little girl, i would see them groom pooches and sell them too, licensed. With that much experience, would dare blame your employees for their effiency or their shop's management? Sometimes i see new faces and sometimes i would doubt their constancy in the service provided. I saw my poodle when he came home from the groomers once with a back full of untidily shaven fur which, not to brag, that i could use my grooming SCISSORS to groom till it was smooth and shiny, although i ended up with a number blisters on my finger. Better yet, they have wireless shavers that does only a quarter of the job! Some customers might say the service and price they offer is pretty decent or 'normal'. Still, as a pet ownet who, may have seen her pooch almost as blood family, cares alot about her pet's welfare and health especially being confined for so many hours in a cage. Its extremely unhealthy and bad for any dog with a very active nature. Please do something about your shops' efficiency and management please. I have frequented this place for years and all i hope for is that you would improve and continue to bloom in our current economic status. Thank you for reading this concerned commenter's thoughts.

Last I went was way back. It all happened after I paid everything, one female employee took out one of the product and argued with another employee saying, the product I bought has the wrong price tag and went and took a small pack of snack saying it's the same price, chuck it in, without even asking do I still want it. The argument between the employee went on, saying if they has sold to me, who will be answerable to the shop owner and blah blah blah... It's okay, I never bothered about asking for a refund as I am not interested in a different product... I don't wanna take part in their argument either... However, the shop shows a very immature way of handling situations, while previously I had been a loyal customer for years, since that incident, I have stopped going... I am a consumer, I go, I buy, I leave... No need the extra drama, changing my stuffs, showing superiority and I don't really give a dime about their internal problems...

Encountered an extremely rude uncle staff. Was just asking if they could assist in packing my order in boxes, but instead of replying politely he had to answer "Do you think tjis is 99 speedmart? Even 99 speedmart doesnt help you." is this how you treat your customers? The boss was in but refuse to say or do anything. Nampak sangat the boss and the rude stuff dua kali lima. Hopeless!!

Disappointed with the groomer. Causing minor injury to my puppy and the cages were rusty. After returned home found 2 fleas on my puppy body. They keeps adding fee on cutting design and flea spray. They don't know how to calm my puppy also he complaint that my puppy very noisy.

Bad service. Never listen to customers request. After a long conversation on how I want to groom the hair, still did as they wish and even when we asked also never responded properly and keep saying what they did. No professionalism.
