The service at this Pharmacy has dwindled tremendously. First and foremost,to try to get someone on the phone now days is almost non existent. I’ve been calling for one week and I’ve yet to receive an answer from a Pharmacy rep. I reached out to the Call Center and they put me in contact with the Dept that could correspond with my Dr. I was called early afternoon to confirm my rx was sent over and it was being worked on,only to arrive 4 hours later and it still wasn’t ready. An additional 10 minutes turned into almost 30 after if expressed it had been a week since I had it and it was an urgent need. They say it’s because of the new systems. New should help operations be smoother. There also seem to been pretty employees, but the service is slower. In a field of this level of importance in terms of fulfilling the medical needs of patients,this needs improvement sooner than later.

I’m not entirely sure if there is a difference between staff that answer the phone and staff that work the actual pharmacy, but the level of disrespect is deafening. Let’s start with the fact they don’t let you finish speaking before they talk over you. Yes I understand their job is important, but part of that job is respectfully tending to patient needs within their job description. If that’s difficult for you, go work for TDC, they prefer more hardened individuals. I hate that I have no other option than to currently “cooperate” with the “team” that unfortunately is the Legacy Community Pharmacy. Honestly makes having a chronic illness, that much more frustrating.

I want to give a shout out to Terry, you took an escalated situation and resolved in the most professional manner that any one could have. She rocks and so does the whole legacy pharmacy staff! Great place great service. Only thing I would change is that patients should be notified if medications are not going to be filled in a timely manor and better patient and staff communication logs. Proper communication could have resolved this issue before it was even an issue.

This is a fairly cheap clinic and pharmacy to go to. The building has a little of everything from pediatric to adult, mental health treatment and support, etc.. however, this is not an appropriate place for children. In my opinion, there have been several occasions where I have walked into a bathroom, and there are two grown men engaging in sexual activities.

I waited in the pharmacy for 2 hours only to be told that my medication was out of stock. I work in a pharmacy as a tech myself so I understand it can be a chaotic work environment, but I've never had to do this to a patient ever. Taking 2 hours to have someone walk to the shelf or check on the computer if the medication is out of stock is beyond me.

They keep everybody clean out the streets and I respect that they don't ask no questions they give you what you need as long as you got the money and if you don't get the money to make sure you get to see a doctor man mad respect to these people keeping the streets clean we love you thank you and keep doing the great work

Every month is the same story, they don’t sent my medications. They do sent a message that is ready and I always get it a week after, but for the past couple of months they haven’t done my refills. When it comes to contact them they never answer during the day. If there was a no star rating that’s all they should get.

Legacy has issues with parking space and wait lists, but that should tell you how popular their services are. Highly recommend for minorities and anyone struggling financially. They're here to help.

The pharmacy is prompt in responding via text message and shipping out your prescription!. They also had my meds in stock! Most other pharmacy places are out of it.
