Jaco and I had a very open and candid conversation about my purchase and the services that Legends Auto would provide me. He was very accommodating and made me feel as though I was putting my faith in a company that not only was a well-run business, but that the entire team was looking out for their customers as well. To make sure that the customer was getting the best deal they could possibly offer. I was then introduced to Willem, who assisted me with vehicle finance. Stepping into his office was such a calming and effortless experience. He asked the right questions and got from me the exact details needed. Then Willem amazed me even more. He not only got me finance with the Bank of my choice, but furthermore went a step further to negotiate for me the best deal and interest rate I had ever had before. Throughout the purchase process, Willem, PJ and Jaco were in constant contact with me to keep me informed every step of the way. Upon date of collection, they even took the service a step further by collecting me from my residence to the dealership to collect my car so that I can comfortably drive off in my new wheels. Now here is where I was even further impressed. For context, please know that I have also had previous experiences with large scale dealerships like REEDS and LEXUS, but also with smaller scale / privately owned dealerships as well. The level of after sales service I received from Legends Auto has been phenomenal. Any query or challenge I had was dealt with and also with such urgency as if they were experiencing the challenge themselves, as if they were impacted personally. This then brought them up to giving a more personal touch to their after sales service to me. I was especially impressed with how hands on Jaco was in being the main person to contact me to handle any after sales queries or challenges. To know that even the owner of the company is that involved to ensure that the customer is looked after is something you do not often get. With the after sales challenges I had, I didn’t have to lift a finger to resolve them. They sent a technician out to me or had done the running around on my behalf. I did not have to deviate from my normal daily activities at all. Legends Auto literally took care of everything for me. EVERYTHING!!! I would be sure to recommend anyone looking out for a vehicle to make use of them. They really do look after the needs of the customer. You will not go wrong by choosing them. They make sure that they only sell quality vehicles and make sure that the customer has a full understanding of what they are purchasing.
