Alan at Lehman locksmith was great. Our key was jamming at the lock of our rental condo and we were having trouble getting into our own apartment. After many failed attempts by our landlord to contact other locksmiths who never got back to us, I took it to myself and called Lehman on a Saturday. To my surprise they picked up and answered quickly and Alan came right over, told us the lock needs to be replaced and came back on a weekday evening and installed a new lock/billed everything to the landlord. Alan was super friendly, explained everything, was on time, and service was great! Happy with the new lock and no longer getting stressed out about being locked out. Thanks!

I returned home from the grocery store on a sweltering afternoon to find that my lock had broken. I called up Lehman Locksmiths and Alan came within 20 min, and fixed my lock in no time (before my groceries spoiled!), and had lots of fun stories and advice to share. I had to stop by the store to pick up some keys for my new lock, and encountered a bunch of other long time customers who all raved about him. It’s probably never a good thing to wind up locked out of my apartment but at least I know who to call now!

I called Lehman after losing a key. The locksmith told me that he had to replace two locks and quoted me the price for each. He pressured me to answer him quickly, and tried to upsell me to change another set of locks. When he came back to the apartment from the wholesale store, he replaced four locks, didn’t explain the change to my husband and what I had expected to be a $400 bill became $762. Make sure you go over every aspect of the projected cost before starting work.

Allan saved my night/week. I was dogsitting for my brother in BK and went out to grab some delivery food in the hallway. I learned that day his apartment door locks behind him and I had left EVERYTHING inside the apartment. The Sup was able to call Lehman Locksmiths and Allan showed up had the problem solved and a new lock installed within an hour. Super friendly guy and I would absolutely call them again if I ever find myself in need of a locksmith. They are amazing.

Our front door lock suddenly stopped working and I was extremely impressed with Lehman's work. They were so responsive; Al came over immediately and replaced the lock. My experience with this company is nothing but stellar. The gentleman that changed our lock made sure to explain what was going on, and how to best stay secure. Great experience with Allan from Lehman Locksmiths. He installed a new lock on my mailbox and created multiple copies of the key. I was having issues with a previous set of keys he made for me so he came to my building and personally tested each of the new keys to make sure they worked correctly.
