The pandemic combined with this patisserie/boulangerie have contributed to me packing on the Covid-19... Breads are amazing. Micche Occitane is perfect for grilled cheeses. Le parisien is great for anything requiring a crusty bread. Their cheese bread is great as well (although they changed their recipe, it used to be more peppery). I have a pretzel per week. Okey, I'm lying. Two. This is the place to go to impress your guests, or to grab something quick on the go. Saucisson Chèvre or Jambon beurre are lunch classics. Put it this way. I used to insist on taking my daughter to ballet every Saturday. Why? We'd stop for a daddy-daughter snack before she went in. Then, I would sprawl out a buffet of croissants and pastries while I waited for her in the hallway. I love this place. They opened a new branch in Rock Forest with a wider offering, however, I'm OG. This is my haunt. Love it!

This place has great baked goods, pastries, desserts and coffee - the croissants are as good as you'll find anywhere else in Sherbrooke, with lots of healthy options. The staff is friendly, although it seems a lot of them are new and service can be quite slow even when there's only a couple of customers in the store. Also, the "grilled" cheese sandwich is a bit misleading because it's baked, not grilled, and they tend to either under or overcook it. I'll still come back to try the other options for lunch, which looked pretty good (lots of veggie / vegan options it seems too).

Little charming bakery. Everyone was so nice. There was a chickpea salad with shaved carrots and other vibrant ingredients that I was curious to hear more. I asked one of the staff about the salad and she was so happy to take it out under the cases, show to me and explained the other ingredients. I hope to mimic this one. I ate a raisin pastry that was incredible. I absolutely recommend this Canadian charmer...

We had a delightful experience! I ordered the raspberry almond croissant which was so unique and delicious! My husband ordered the chocolate croissant and loved it as well. The staff was extremely friendly and patient and took the time to explain all of the pastries. Next time we are in the area we would definitely go back!

Our favorite bakery! Have been several times in a few months' span and each time we try something different. Don't think we have ever spent over $15 CAD for multiple treats and have never been disappointed. The staff is always professional and courteous, though we speak little French. Highly recommend.

Bakeries like this are hard to find. The bread is top tier. The rabbit sandwich was delicious. Hot chocolate was made with actual chocolate and steamed milk. I tried the bear claw, Apple danish, raisin danish, apricot danish and chocolatine. Very high quality pastries.

Great local bakery with all the essentials and more! Many varieties of breads, pastries and other deserts. Coffee is available as well. Very popular spot so you may want to plan waiting in line a few minutes on Saturdays. Their raspberry curd croissant is just amazing!

I love this place it feels like home, so many different breads or things to eat. Everything is delicious and I like the fact that customers have to share a table with the others. I'm a baker and it's always nice to be able to see what they're doing in the kitchen

Absolutely great bakery! Très bien! I got the goat cheese and roasted peppers grilled cheese and it was incredible. Bread was toasted just right. The chocolate croissant was perfect, nice and warm too! I will make it a stop each time I pass through the area.

Sadly, this place has rude and grumpy staff. To me, service quality is as important as product quality. I made the mistake of going to this place. I won’t go there again. I recommend you go to a place that values customers and doesn’t take them for granted.

I was totally craving something sweet so we came here. The only thing I really enjoyed out of the 3 desserts we ordered is the finger. The others did not do much for me. However, I would totally come back here for bread and would recommend.

Really great place to stay for a while. Products range from various levain breads, over pasteries and sandwiches to soups and sallads. They have small lunch offers. Free wifi and big tables invite to get some work done as well.

Really loved this place in Sherbrooke’s downtown. Everything looks good and the prices are fair! You will find a variety of pastries, sandwiches, quiche, and even bread! The service is very friendly and fast.

The bakery is amazing. We found them on a recent trip to Quebec. Pastries are delicious. Also ordered some quiche to take home. All the flavours were very good
