Lesley was an absolute pleasure to work with from the start of our house search! I can’t possibly sum up everything, but here are the highlights… The first day she called us and simply chatted about our goals, what we were looking for, what kind of people we were and she kindly gave us advice on things to think about (with no pressure). Just suggestions of where we should place our “hard lines” so that there was no pressure or disappointment on house offers if we were deeply rooted in what we were comfortable with - which turned out to be the best piece of advice (in more than just home-buying). Lesley was always available - she made time for every viewing that we wanted. She was non-judgemental in the viewings but she also made the viewings fun, and made us laugh when there were unexpected surprises. Through the process of submitting offers, she was patient and recognized what a big decision this was. She had to stay up till 10pm a couple times for counter offers, etc, and she never once made us feel like we were a burden (even though we were travelling and definitely complicated things)! She knows what she’s doing, she’s great at it, and she’s incredibly kind on top of all that!
