The taxi rank is efficient in relation to transport but could definitely use a bigger and clean space. Traffic control is good especially considering the limited space the taxi rank has. I rate it 3 ✨ because of the moderate to poor level of cleanliness. People service is 5 ✨ ⭐.

I feel well once I am there bcz the take care of people and take them around the free state,any place in free state you want to go or you have to send something around free state just be there and the will help you nicely.

People are more friendly inside there unlike the moment you step out. the taxi companies here offer very good services to people.

they need to build public toilets the place is smelly and bad during a rainy season. No benches to sit and wait for your taxi.

The service is good and the staff is very accommodative. The only issue I had was the smell of urine from the toilets.OK

Great also but the lady accepting money when I was going to joburg was rude not even greating when accepting money.

This taxi rank is helpful faster and respectful of passengers but there's no good toilets.

There is no security over here we don't know not feel safe as passengers from other towns
