Two weeks ago I went into this store to print something very important for a visa application. I live a 30 minute journey from this place so thought I should call to confirm you can still print( I had been there once before to do this) so I did an young Indian guy answered saying that they do. I went in and noticed that you needed to sign up for a trial to print I mentioned this to him and he said try another computer if not too bad. Tried another computer as mentioned again needed to sign up for a trial. I expressed this to the guy he said “too bad” I had been to this place before when the owner was in and him being nothing but helpful and friendly I know this is not the standard service this place provides. I mentioned he is being very rude for no reason, he got very aggressive pointing at the door for me to leave very aggressively swearing saying “f off bit$#” I have never been treated like this in my life especially in a business you are paying money to use their service. I am scared to go back to this place with no email to let the owner know. I’m a 19 year old girl posing no threat just trying to print a document as you advertise you do. I will never be returning and in seriousness the guy is lucky I didn’t call the police.

Do NOT select this place as a Click and Collect option for Ebay deliveries. I got the email notification saying my parcel had arrived only to wait for 15 mins while the guy checked every package they had and then told me someone had pressed the wrong button. I had to go back randomly to check for my package as the shop's listed phone number doesn't even dial. I did get my package - but it seemed like blind luck. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting your own time :)

Went in at 4.30am especially to print off an important doc as it was urgent and they are listed as 24/7 on google. I asked the attendant who then said “closed. No printing till 8am” in an abrupt tone. Obviously a customer dressed up for the day came for a reason. The guy was on his phone and turned away my money and a customer with a manner that was not pleasant. I tire of people like this who get paid and don’t work. I won’t be a returning customer.

This is an absolute scam telling people open 24hrs and always has "back in 10 mins" sign. Went there 3 times and they are listed as 24/7 but always had it closed. The attendant seems to keep the store closed. I won’t be a returning customer.

Came there with my own laptop to use internet however the shop didn't have wifi. Also they didn't allow me to use their ethernet cable. Desks were very dirty and dusty. Wouldn't recommend.

Great selection of products. Especially if you're looking for some unique snacks and soft drinks you may not find at most other convenience stores or supermarkets

No internet, didn’t know where nearest cafe was. Overall rubbish customer service and very unhelpful. I wouldn’t come again :-(
