I visited this location a week ago…. On a Thursday not that busy and needed help with a size and why seamed like the entire staff was in a meeting on the sales floor talking about not going home early and how things need to be standing there waiting to be helped a conversation I could have did without hearing while shopping. I finally found a pair thanks to a young man I. The dressing room that was very helpful, and proceeded to check out and had a question about the price which no one had the answer for and no one seamed to answer these 2 way radio's that this girl keep calling on. So I just went to go look at the price myself to check if it was on sale. The woman charged my card but it didn’t show up on their register but it did on my account. So they said they would void it and had to charge my card again, ridiculous. I called my bank today both charges were processed they never voided the other had to dispute with my bank…. Terrible service !!!!!

Wow, this place has changed! Haven't been in here in a 3-4 years. And to be honest, I only went in out of real need and because I happened to be walking by. This place has turned into something really nice. Still pricey, but hey . . . Soho, tourists, you know . . . There's literally everything Levi-brand. Nothing is missing, and the assortment and sizes is complete. Fitting rooms have been re-done and are plentiful and open. Decent places to wait if you're with someone else trying/buying. There's a customizing shop within the store. This was really special, IMO. Great assortment of patches, replacement buttons, embroidery options - and people are there doing it while you wait/watch. Staff actually knows the product. The young woman in fitting room took the time to explain a couple differences and even show me on the mfg tags. Very impressed with her! You'll pay more than online, but the service and being sure of fit is worth it!

if you don’t own a well-worn pair of Levi’s then there is probably something wrong with you. FACTS. sorry a rather large location for Manhattan — selling a variety of denim fits here from slim to relaxed jeans as well as other Levi’s branded items. pretty airy not cramped at all. the lighting in the store is great—gives a true feel and visual of the jean’s look. jeans shouldn’t just be comfortable but look great. don’t dress like a slouch or look like a denim couch—come here for help.

A shout out to a staff who works at the custom made counter, I believe his name is Penn but I could be mistaken. He is very patient thru out the whole process, and he went extra mile to help us out which gave us a very good experience. With his help, we made a one of a kind Minion Levi’s tees in less than 15 min wait time.

I'm glad I found this Levi's store nearby. Now, any exchange/return, I can manage here. The customer service was great, and I even purchased an additional item at a great price. Definitely recommend them. Here are the Turquoise I exchanged for a Medium Green one, and a Large Green one I purchased.

Good experience. Staff where attentive. Clean and spacious changing rooms. Found jeans with stretch fabric, just what one needs as life fluctuates so does ones body Also found that, they do repair jeans $50 for patches!!!, which is same as new jeans, so I ended up buying new jeans instead.

Go to American Eagle up the block. My husband and I went there after and had a customer service experience that was 10 times superior. Or shop online, if you’re really wanting your Levi’s fix. 3 out of the 4 employees we interacted with today were rude and unhelpful.

I was looking for my size and t-shirts. Every emplyees were great but the guy handling the fitting room was awesome. He helped me getting right size so i successfully got what i want. there's sale going on. You should go try it on. Thank you!

I have never been in this store and just decided to go in to take a look. I love this place. All the associates were fabulous. I was even asked if I needed help with a size in the fitting room. Everyone here is a rock star.

so I thought we were in the city of all the diversities. but when the Lévis salesman looks at my wife and tells her that there will be no jeans for her in the store. we were shocked. Never again.

First time shopping here and for the quality the items are reasonably priced! Great selection for the winter if you don’t want to wear bulky items. The staff are great and very helpful!

Staff in the fitting room were incredibly rude, dispite them not being there when I enered the booth. Really infriendly experience, wouldn’t recommend
