This is my 5th Lexus in the past 10 years Admittedly, I was wanting to try something else for my 5th car. I went to AMG and the service was appalling. The AMG salesman didn't turn up to our arranged meeting. In fact, Mercedes did not return my calls nor my online sales enquiries. I was excited to buy a E63 AMG until I experienced this poor service. So I phoned BMW dealers. My calls went to voicemail. Perhaps it's because December is not the best time to call businesses. I don't know why no one answered my calls, nevertheless, I did not progress with BMW. I was with my friend during all of my enquiries. I explained to my friend that Lexus sales and maintenance has always been great experiences for me. So I called Lexus Sydney City at first instance. Reception answered my call immediately and put me through to a salesman. I explained that I am on the market for a performance vehicle and I was interested in the E63 AMG, and I asked, what is Lexus' equivalent. The salesman told me about Lexus' flagship LC500. I asked about the specifications and the salesman explained the car to me plus more with enthusiasm. Unfortunately he said they have none in stock and he would need to order one and the build time is 8 to 10 months. He said he would get back to me after he speaks with Lexus Australia, which he did. Considering Sydney City did not have stock, I thought to phone the Lexus dealer near my mum's house, Lexus Macarthur. Same excellent sales call experience. My call was answered immediately, the salesman was enthusiastic about helping me, and during his explanation of the car he must have been searching on his computer for stock around the country. He was excited to say there is 1 in stock in Australia and he gave me the specs. He invited me to drive a demo convertible at my convenience. I immediately went to Lexus Macarthur and I was met with enthusiasm. The salesman I spoke with greeted me and Peter Bui joined our meeting. I reminded Peter that I purchased my IS from him a few years back. Macarthur loaned me the LC demo for as long as I needed. I took the convertible for the whole day. The LC specs do not do it justice. It is about the driving experience. The feel, sound, drive - you feel special. I fell in love. So I bought the last LC in stock. White, hard top, upgrade. Exactly the specs that I wanted Peter was fantastic. As always his communication and enthusiasm to keep me informed and I was excited to get my car. When I picked the car up, Peter made a big event of the unveiling. I felt really special. The maintenance manager came out to tell me about caring for the car, I was very happy about this. I'm not a car enthusiast and telling me practical things gave me confidence on how to care for the LC. I am so happy with Lexus Macarthur. I'm so happy with the Lexus brand. Ive always been treated with respect. And I have told this story 100 times in the past few weeks. I'm a Lexus man. And I'm looking forward to the new range of Lexus' being released soon. Another very happy purchase.

Edit a year of ownership: It's been over a year since I recieved my lexus from lexus of macarthur/Gregory Hills and the service and respect from the dealership has not changed, this is not a dealership who is here to get you to purchase any car and never see you again, this dealership feels like a family, always remembered whenever I walked it, always friendly and always providing top notch customer support, service and rapport. Definitely a must go to dealership if you're looking for a new or even second hand car. Outstanding business. Was looking at purchasing a lexus IS for a few years, once they announced a touch screen I was sold, so I went browsing, came to lexus of Macarthur secondly, went back to the other dealer, but came back to lexus of Macarthur for the clean, neat, well presented showroom. friendly but not pushy staff(probably could've ended up stocking my fridge with water with how many times I was offered tea or water), shout out to the team, despite being thrown around to different people during the process, everything went smoothly and was kept well informed of my purchase. Over all, will be back again for a future purchase. Hopefully a V8 or F edition car Definitely recommend coming here first. You won't be disappointed. I had first visited ozcar In search for a 2nd hand car when they were putting me forward to a 2014 nx250 which they were chasing $79000 for. This was not satisfactory at all seeing as the advertised price online was $56000, I knew I was being taken for a ride, so i left, showing them that the car was not worth what they were trying to sell it to me for and that they had just lost a sale due to greed and ignorance. I do however have to thank ozcar for opening my eyes to the lexus as I wouldn't have thought to even consider one of their cars. I decided to visit lexus macarthur, as soon as we walked in we noticed a Great atmosphere and a friendly team. Victor went above and beyond to help find what we were looking for. Great customer service. alongside Micheal who also assisted when Victor was not available. Could not have asked for a better experience from these 2 gentlemen. I will most certainly return in the future. I had also made contact with other lexus dealers in the nsw/ sydney region and declined assistance from these dealers as they showed zero initiative to assist, and at times even speaking to me quite rudely. 100% recommended Victor and Micheal at lexus of macarthur

WHAT CAN I SAY.... To make a sale they re your best friend. After that you're a NOBODY...I purchased a used car to be told the car was serviced prior to delivery. BUT IT WASN'T as it needed 4000km to go out of their 15000km range. "However Sir we will look after you on the next service as we will deduct the deposit you have left and charge you a small pro rata fee". they couldn't tell me how much the service is. The Sales Guy said about $400.00. but we will look after you as the car wasn't serviced. Well its not until you call to book the car in and they tell you it needs a major service and its $890.00 this wasn't told to me at time of sale and a general service is $550.00. after talking with the service manager he offered me a $200.00 compensation for the difference in service. the experience took days to have someone finally call me back and we have 2 Lexus cars and have decided to use another dealership.. NOT TO MENTION my deposit still hasn't been refunded to me as yet... becareful when purchasing a car from these guys as make sure you get everything in writing as words don't mean anything. The warranty is another thing i can be here all day typing.......

This is the worst company I had ever seen. I took my lexus ls430 2000 to them to just find out what is wrong with the car, there was no power with the car. After checking it they asked me to replace the oxygen sensor and the oil control valve. After buying the original parts from the same company and replace them, there was no changes to the car, So I took the car back to them and they told me they will look further at it . Left the car with them for 3 days, after that they called me saying that we need to test the injectors of the car and it will cost me 480 just to test them. I refused to pay that amount after spending over a 1000 for nothing I took the car to a mechanic shop and all was wrong with it is the throttle body which they told me they have checked it and nothing wrong with it. I replaced the throttle body, now the car is running so good.

The purchase process was efficient and professional, which is reasonably expected from a luxury car brand. However, the post-purchase service left much to be desired. I had to make several calls to inquire about the delivery time, and I was repeatedly told to contact a third-party freight company. Unfortunately, I never received any callbacks; all communication was initiated by me. The interstate delivery of the car took over three weeks, and it remained with the freight company for a week before we intervened to ensure door-to-door delivery, as was promised when we made the purchase. When the car, valued at $200,000 finally arrived, it was in a deplorably dirty condition – not the standard one would anticipate for a Lexus. Ultimately, we had to negotiate for a car clean to be included, which should have been proactively offered.

We could of brought the RX 450H from Parramatta which is 5 min from home. I chose to drive 45 min and get better service. I was in a situation where we had a write off car and Michael and Jean Marc loaned me a car for 3 weeks as I didn't ask for this ( it wasn't expected) A great deal on price, service with a smile and greeting from the front reception counter. Coffee and water always provided numerous times. I never got a NO answer, it was always, ( yes will look after you) I run a small business, I know what it's like to give good service , now I know what it's like to get it back in return. I went to a couple of dealers before this . But Clintons really impressed. They did not want to over charge and were happy to negotiate even with limited stock. I actually spoke to Amy from Lexus and she sold me a RX350 for a great deal. She was very professional and went out of her way to get the sale. No pressure tactics no BS just a good , reliable sales person. She even offered to stay after hours to help with the paper work. You just cant get customer service this good anywhere else. If you are in the market for a new Lexus I would strongly recommend going down there to Speak to Amy and the team . Haven't been this impressed for a very long time. We called into Lexus Macarthur purely for me to ‘just sit and feel’ the comfort of their Lexus seats. The purchase of a new car was definitely not on our agenda – but after four hours we had ‘bought’ a new Lexus is300. Naomi Eddison was a complete pleasure to deal with. Recently in my search for a new car I visited Lexis Macarthur and was greeted by Anthony. Anthony was an extremely good listener and he addressed all my concerns professionally and true to the chase. Anthony also test drove my Audi A4 which I wanted to trade-in and worked hard to help me determine an appropriate value. He also let me test drive the Lexis ES 250 for several hours which I really enjoyed. After several hours Anthony and Michael tried so hard to get me the price I wanted for my trade in and I salute them for their salesmanship, excellent product knowledge and mostly the friendly advice. I took delivery in October 2020 of a new vehicle from Lexus of Macarthur. I would highly recommend the dealership. The sales personnel that I dealt with initially, Jean-Marc Foy and Michael Issa, were honest, polite, affable - contracting with them was easy. Delivery was handled efficiently, informatively and with care and fun by Heather Buck and the vehicle was precisely as ordered and on time...and if attention to every detail is important to you, we were received beautifully at reception and the complimentary coffee was excellent. Everything is good except for the access. Although the shop is the most visible element when you get to Oran Park / Gregory Hills junction, you would struggle to get inside the shop. The access is in Lasso road which is difficult to get to without using your map. It gets even worse for a walker as you would expect at least a tiny walkway entry from Gregory Hill drive or Camden Valley way for by-passer customers rather than making them walk all the way through to reach to behind of the shop via Lasso road.

The absulte best expreience to buy a car and I have done this many times before, Peter Bui and Michael Issa have gone above and beyond to make this purchase a very easy one, and the customer service we have experianced at Lexus of Macarthur is honestly second to none. Bought my RX350 about a year ago from here purchase was fine thankyou Naomi, my car is Due for service and have been now contacting them for two weeks trying to book my service they always tell me that there’s no one to take the call at the moment and that someone will call me back no one calls me back. I had a very bad experience with this service department. I took my car in to get serviced and to fix a problem. and they charge me around 2 grand to fix it and the problem wasn’t even fixed. I took it back to the shop again for them to look at it and now there saying there is more problems with it. They just ruined my car. …
