First off the store is very luxe, it’s a wonderful experience going inside, even though the space is small they have a beautiful display. But their customer service is the shining star!!! I purchased online in their (incredible) sale and the size didn’t fit so I organised an exchange. They were so accomodating when I called on the phone, and went out of their way to go and pick up a shoe they had in storage, absolutely fantastic, will buy from them again :) It’s refreshing to have such lovely customer service! PS, Kudos to the stock buyer, the selection is incredible

Liberty Shoes is my favourite shoe store in Sydney. They always offer great customer service and carry brilliant brands such as Clergerie, which I love.
