Don't bother downloading form as you have to fill their forms in at site (take a black pen). Eye test was difficult to get used to but we passed. Overall experience was good and staff were surprisingly very efficient.

All I can say is WOW, that's how surprising it is to get good... no... great service delivery. A refreshing experience, we should outsource Home Affairs and all SA government departments to these consummate professionals. Made my appointment for 8am, got there at 7am. Seems the booking is more of a guideline, as there was a queue ranging from people with different times. However, the process was fast, efficient and friendly. The offices are clean, since it's new. Hopefully it stays that way.
