I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent laundry service provided for our $1000 rug. Upon its return, we discovered significant damage, including rigid corners and a tear in the center. I strongly suspect that this damage resulted from the chemicals used during the cleaning process. The owner failed to mention or address this issue when the rug was packed in the plastic sealing bag upon collection. The extent of the damage only became apparent when we opened the sealed bag a few days later. Despite our immediate visit to your business the next day to address the matter, there was a disheartening lack of responsibility on your end. The claim of not remembering and suggesting we should have raised the concern on the day of collection is disconcerting, especially when the rug was sealed in a manner that concealed the damage.

Had to dry clean a suit for a very important performance and they said they can do it by morning 2 days later. I had pleaded them please promise only if you can do by that morning as we need the suit that day for a performance. They promised and assured so I paid trusted them with the job. We go in the morning and they asked to come back at 3pm. This gave us a very hard day in scheduling. Unprofessional. If they had told me they cannot do it by morning then we would have gone somewhere else. Would not not recommend their service.

Do not recommend. I arrived as soon as they opened and they assured me that it would be ready before they close. I arrived just before closing and told me it would be ready the next day at 11am. So I went in the next day at 12pm, but unfortunately it was not ready and they asked for another hour. I definitely do not recommend this place if you have a time frame because they will do it when they feel like it. Also walked in to see the lady sleeping near the entrance, which was sooooo professional.

I recommend not going there... The owner said come back two days later. So I went two days later , I could not find my clothes. This is because the owner forget cleaning my clothes. So I had to wait more two days. I can not believe here

One of the worst places I had use in my whole life . Slow , lazy and disrespectful . I just arrived there as soon they oponed and even with that it was super expensive and I have to wait two days to just wash my clothe

Ignore those 1 star reviews. So long as you're not looking for a rush job immediately, this place is great value and reliable. Have used for jackets, shirts and bedding. Always a good result.

There services was great. Can do everything I asked, I needed my white shoes to be cleaned, it had stains. It turned out better than I expected! Couple working there was lovely.

The hoodie I bought last month $1500 was damaged from this laundry shop. The owner keeps saying “I don’t know, I don’t know, i dont remember” Never apologize. Doing nothing
